onhad gone in to see the car twice over a five day period but it was still going through the certification process so I was waiting for it to be fully certified and ready to go before buying. When I first saw the car online it was listed for $19,899 so during our initial negotiations, I was working with them at the price. After two days of the car having work done on it, turns out the cost of repairs was higher than they expected so they raised the price of the car online to $21,995. When they confirmed the car was ready to be test driven, I went in, drove it, we talked price again but couldn't come to an agreement. After two days of the car still having detailing and additional work done, they sent me a picture of it Saturday morning at 8:40, we agreed on the price at Noon and set our meeting for 1:30 for me to go in and buy it. At 12:50, they called me to say that someone else was there negotiating on the car (likely at the higher price of $21,995) so they couldn't make a deal with me until they were done with them - they didn't want to "leave a bad taste in their mouth" (of course I responded saying "you're doing that to me right now Luis...") and then they called me 15 mins later saying the car had sold. Literally 15 minutes before my appointment time to go in and buy the car. Truly inappropriate and ridiculously unprofessional. They're just looking to nickle and dime you and even after coming to an agreement, they still played games and sold the car for an few extra bucks. I'll be sure to let everyone know that Inifinti of Camelback is that exact dealership that you hear horror stories about - the tricks, games, and BS - and that they should be avoided at all costs.

onDecided to lease this time around and I think I made the right choice. The staff made my decision simple and explained all my options to the point I was comfortable. The delivery process was smooth as well. I did not know all these features existed. Thanks everyone at Infiniti on camelback

onMy experience here was great, I spoke with Joel in sales while living in San Diego and we coordinated the deal without any issues. I flew in to Phoenix signed papers and left with my car. When I was back in town, Lon came out to my house and went through all the features of my Q50. He was super helpful and professional. Great experience

onMy overall experience this time (my 3rd lease w/ IOC), & all times reaffirms there are still places / companies focused on exceptional customer service. Infiniti On Camelback gets the true meaning of customer service / service delivery which makes them stand out, builds incredible loyalty & enhances the entire experience. Everyone I've worked with consistently demonstrate the customer comes first, are extremely genuine, have over the top follow up, but also appear to love their jobs, are happy when you go there which is so important as that is the basis of where it all begins. This industry has one of the highest ratings for employee turnover & all people I adore have worked there as long as 15 years. Rare to see & says a lot about them & the organization. Clearly I highly recommend! :) They are creative with out of the box thinking to again set them apart with only the customer in mind. One example: they have dedicated employee, Lon, who comes to your home, sits in your vehicle w/ you & goes over every single feature your vehicle has / does. With the way Technology is evolving and I'm tech savvy, I wouldn't know what to do in my car without Lon's visit yesterday. Lon is SO knowlegable, proactive, knew every single answer to all of my questions, and sometimes finished my question before I did, already knowing what I wanted to know, as I was a little overwhelmed. He knows those cars inside & out, was SO PATIENT, and isn't just that person who is "techy", but possesses all around skill set of that & phenomenal customer service. The last time Lon came to my house was a prior lease approx 4.5 yrs ago & had the best memory on certain things that I remembered but never expected him to because he goes to so many people's homes. One thing that stood out, when I was getting ready to leave the dealership, Lon appeared out of nowhere, ready w/ his calendar to schedule. I had no idea he was working, knew I got a car, & just shows the outstanding internal teamwork and flow while I as the customer have no idea the flawless communication / coordination. Lon is a true asset to the company in addition to having that dedicated role. Lon is the best, he didn't pay me for this, I was suddenly offering to pay him to fix my phone / laptop ! :) Thank you so much Lon ! Also, thank you, Tom, Polly, Rich, & Kurt.

onLon Williams was very knowledgeable in explaining all the cool features of the 2017 Infinity QX 60 ( Premium,Premium Plus, Drivers Assist). He was patient and understanding throughout the process. Overall he made it a fun exercise! I would highly recommend Infinity on Camelback and Lon Williams/Joel Langer and Kurt!!!

onMy husband and I recently purchased a Vehicle from infinity on Camelback. The entire team has been great to work with throughout the entire sales, finance, service process. We had Mike as our sales rep, he found us the best vehicle to fit the needs of our family answered any questions we had before and during our purchase. After we had some time to "play" Lon came out to our home and really went over every button, feature and question we had. Often times the car buying process can be stressful and overwhelming. We both agree that the team over on camelback did a good job of making our experience the best yet.

onWe were having a hard time getting help from our local dealer so we decided to think outside the box and look in another state, and we are sure glad we did. I'm not saying everything went 100% smooth with this transaction but I guess that's to be expected when everything is done over the phone. The staff here did their best to accommodate us and were fantastic when it counted the most.We received our car this week and all I can do since then is smile. I love my new car and would recommend this dealer to those who are looking for an upfront and straight forward deal.

onI had a great experience working with Ritisha, Polly, and Lon at Infiniti on Camelback. Ritisha did an excellent job as my sales representative. She was very knowledgable about the Q50 line, and spent the afternoon answering every question I had about the car. Polly really streamlined the financing process, and did a great job explaining all the details of the extra services that were available, such as the clear shield bra, extended warranties, an maintenance plans. And last but not least, Lon came out to my house and did an amazing job walking me through the vast array of features that my car has to offer, answering any questions that I had after driving the car for a few weeks, and even setting up my garage door opener! Best of all, the entire team was amazing when it came to not pushing whenever I expressed disinterest in any particular feature or option. This led to an amazing experience tailored to fit what I want from the car, with nothing extra forced upon me. Great representation of the Infiniti experience! This was my second Infiniti purchase, and the experience this time was even better than the first; which itself was light years beyond any other non-Infiniti dealership I have worked with in the past.

onBest purchase I have ever made. I bought a Q50S. The service is great, with no pressure to buy a car. Thanks to Stephen and Polly for making the dream come true. I have never had an experience like this. After about a week or less, Lon will come out and show you every single feature the car has to offer. This takes about an hour, but he is so patient with it, time flies by. He is the best guy to show you everything with his knowledge about it.

onLon, Learning about all the technology of an Infiniti can be daunting.Not so much with having Lon teaching you. Lon took on the challenge of teaching my wife and I not with one, but two new cars at once. (The Q50 and Qx50) Both are similar yet both are a little different. Lon was very present, highly knowledgeable, extremely patient, a truly polite gentlemen, and made the learning experience fun and enjoyable. Just a "Class Act" in every way, and I am a very hard grader. I would say that we are both lucky, Infiniti on Camelback and my wife and I, that Lon works for both of us! onLon met my husband at Einstein Bagels the other morning. Noticed the Infiniti logo on his shirt. We had some questions about the Q50 my husband just purchased in California. Without hesitation Lon took us outside to help us with the car. He spent 30 minutes going over the vehicle with us. I am so impressed. The lease on my vehicle is coming up very soon.
