New RX 350

After shopping local Lexus dealers and getting prices, I ended up at Earnhart Scottsdale Lexus. I had read reviews about Leo Suhargo and his top notch service so I made an appointment with him. He didn't let me down! He showed me all of the features on the vehicle and listened to the ones I wanted on my RX. Although they didn't have the vehicle in stock, they located it and had it at the dealer within 4 days. The price was the best in the valley, and the follow through was second to none. I would recommend Leo and Earnhart Scottsdsle Lexus to anyone looking for a Lexus.

We recently had the pleasure of buying the first 2016 RX that was available at Earnhardt Scottsdale Lexus and to say that we are blown away, by both the SUV and service, is a huge understatement! This SUV is absolutely stunning! The service that we received from Leo Suhargo was impeccable. He is very kind, knowledgeable and personable. He constantly kept us informed about the status of our vehicle and even called a few days after we took the car home to make sure everything was ok. He took care of every last detail. If we are even in need of another car we will definitely go see Leo again!

Go see Leo Suhargo in Sales for a great experience

Did some research on where to buy a new Lexus in Scottsdale. Visited two dealerships for a new 2016. Had a dealership advise that they could get the vehicle we wanted but there was a transfer fee. Went to Earnhardt and there was no transfer fee. Better yet they had a car in stock that we wanted. Looked in Yelp and found great recommendations for Leo so we asked for him. He was great to work with because he provided complete transparency to the vehicle costs, all financing options and was a true advocate for us the buyer. He also knew the product. All round great sales agent. We look forward to working with him again for our next Lexus.

Earnhardt earned my heart!

Leo Suhargo at Earnhardt Scottsdale Lexus is the best sales man I have ever worked with. He was very professional and friendly and accommodated all our needs. He paid close attention to fine details and request we made and fulfilled the same. I would definitely work him again for my future car needs. Earnhardt Scottsdale Lexus team is awesome, they were very courteous and treated us with respect and care. They also the best in the valley when it comes to pricing.

great experience

leo is amazing. here is a man who enjoys his work. i went back to him for my 2nd lexus because of the first great experience with him. he spends as much time with you as you need to understand all your options, and drives you around to see every car outside and inside that you might consider if that is your need. he then spends as much time as needed to help you understand the operation of the car and the features. he is so polite and respectful. he helps in the financial negotiations and makes sure all is done right. then he calls and keeps in touch to be sure you are happy and see if you need anything.i was treated like royalty.all other staff members were also very helpful and patient - since this process is not exactly like paying for a loaf of bread. i got my red ES350 yesterday! i used Dean for the last car, and will be set up with him again - last experience was very good. this dealer is very warm and not cold and aloof as some others are.

Hargett to Ault to Salcido

Not since Tinkers to Evers to Chance has there been a more effective and efficient trio! We arrived at noon on Sunday and we were out the door at 2:00 busting bugs with my wife's new IS 250. Our salesperson, John H showed us the perfect vehicle to fit our needs and wants, efficiently completed the necessary paperwork, deftly handed us over to Cleva A. Cleva quickly helped us navigate thru the piles of state paperwork, recommended useful products for our consideration, and was escorting us out of her office before our chairs even got warm. Lastly, Lindsay S is a Lexus technical savant! She patiently and pleasantly explained all the ins and outs of the cars numerous systems and features until we were comfortable using them effectively. We definitely recommend Earnhardt Lexus to anyone in the market for a luxury vehicle. You will not be disappointed. Thx again to the winning trio of H, A, and S!!

New car lease made simple, pleasureable

Thanks to Doug in Internet sales and Rob in sales, I was able to rapidly complete a new ES lease. I found them very responsive and they made the leasing easy. They showed respect for my time constraints, and the completion of the paperwork was fast and easy. In addition, they were straightforward and honored all agreements, and did not try to sell me after-market additions, which many dealerships do to pad their profits. Scottsdale Lexus had a great selection with competitive pricing. My experience gave me a renewed high opinion of Earnhardt dealerships, especially in light of the individuals I dealt with. I would not hesitate to buy or lease with them again, and recommend them to friends and colleagues.

Switcheroo

I would feel uneasy recommending Earnhardt Scottsdale Lexus to friends or family. My wife and I were looking to lease a 2014 Lexus ES350 and trade in our Honda Insight. We had visited another Lexus dealership but they did not have the car we wanted in stock and we were going to wait a couple of days for one to be received that was already in port in Los Angeles. Instead of waiting, we went over to Earnhardt Scottsdale Lexus and met with Angel C. He was pleasant but unfortunately, the experience was one that would leave us with mixed feelings. We received a very fair offer for our trade-in and we looked originally at a 2013 Lexus ES350. The numbers in the deal just didn't line up with what we were expecting for a 2013 over a 2014. Eventually, we were shown a Nebula Gray 2014 Lexus ES350 and we made the mistake of giving it a quick look over without inspecting the options that were included. After dealing and agreeing to terms, we were then informed that the Nebula Gray ES350 had already been sold and that they had to switch us to a black ES350 instead. The black ES350 was locked in a garage because it was after hours and we were unable to see the car. A deal was made and the next morning I returned to pickup the vehicle after being given a demo vehicle (2014 Lexus ES300h). Later that evening after picking up the new vehicle, I went to run an errand and notice it was missing the HID headlamps that I thought came with it. Apparently, I was wrong. I called Angel C and told him that the car was missing an option that I had thought it had, which I lost in the changing of vehicles that they did on us. Angel informed me that while he was sympathetic to my situation, he could not or would not be able to help me and that we were stuck with what we were sold. He also appeared to have no sympathy or understanding of how I could get confused on car options after being switched to different vehicles that evening, let alone being switched to a car that we were unable to inspect that evening and would have noticed the missing option immediately had we been able to. I am undecided on if I will return for service at that particular dealership or not. I know that I will definitely not buy or lease any future vehicles from Earnhardt Scottsdale Lexus and I will not recommend them to any family or friends.

Awful experience

A room full of men sitting behind desks and not one offered to help my husband and I. One man who attempted to get someone to help us asked several people to assist us. After having no luck, he asked what kind of car we currently drove and he told us he could give us some brochures. The sales team here was awful. I understand the comments below from others as I wanted to leave after entering the store and did not feel like a Lexus was the car for me. We went down the road to check out the dealership with Jeep and Volkswagen cars. The sales staff was extremely helpful and spent time showing us cars in the rain. The manager came out to say hello as well. As for this Lexus dealership, I hope they have some training on customer service. Very disappointing for perspective buyers.

Rude and arrogant sales manager (John)

I purchased Two other new cars from this dealer in past years. This new Earnhardt manager John leaves a lot to be desired. He was unprofessional and rude. However the sales person Leo S was as always respectful, courteous, and professional. So long as Earnhardt has managers like this John. You can count me out.

Awful Experience

The new car sales manager and his staff were arrogant and condescending. I had a bad feeling about this dealership within the first 15 minutes I was there and left the dealership soon after that. The experience made me wonder if I really wanted a Lexus, if this is how they treat customers. A few days after this experience and having told several friends what had happened I was advised to visit Lexus of Chandler. I did, I purchased my new car that very day and the experience was wonderful. Lexus of Chandler really understands customer service! The Earnhardt Scottsdale Lexus staff needs to realize that customers do have a choice, and that they are a poor representation of Lexus.

Don't waste your time

This dealership is a joke. Not only do they play eternal games but they do it with a rude attitude. What a waste of time. I highly recommend Lexus of Chandler where I DID buy the vehicle. These people are so out of touch with the realities of customer service it's almost laughable if not so annoying.

Awesome Sales Experience

Scottsdale Lexus is awesome. My sales person Leo Suhargo was a pleasure to work with. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, friendly and no pressure whatsoever. He responded to phone and email inquiries on a timely basis. Processed the transaction very efficiently. I traded in my car for a Lexus HS250h and received top trade dollar for it. He had the vehicle and all the paperwork ready when I arrived. I was out there in less than 1 hour. If you are looking for a Lexus, go to Scottsdale Lexus and see Leo Suhargo. You will have an awesome experience.
