Second CTh purchase

I'm thrilled with my new Lexus CTh purchase. This is my second one and I have to say it's like falling in love all over again. The 2017 has some great feature upgrades like automatic wipers which is awesome and a larger gas tank. Honestly, I just love driving this car and the mileage at 42 per gallon makes going on longer trips a non-issue. Neil Washburn is my sale professional and he will take good care of you. Karen in finance is so friendly and accommodating. You can tell that they have a lot of pride in this dealership, as he should because they take great care of their customers and provide excellent service during and after your purchase. I would recommend them highly.

I had help from two very lovely gentlemen who helped me pick just the RX 350 I wanted. I came back the next day & they found the one I wanted because it was on the way to the showroom & wasn't available for me at the showroom. He showed me the new technology in the car & set up various elements of the phone & radio & the new Enform... I'm definitely not an expert yet but I know the techie That walked me through & connected the new technology will assist me if I need further help. The manager helped me with another matter that I had discussed with the sales man. I appreciated their help in that matter very much! All in all I would send my friends to Bell Lexus if they wanted a Lexus!!

This place is GREAT ! Great cars, great service, great people to work with... always so polite and helpful, great showroom..just beautiful. They had knowledgeable, friendly people who helped me with my decision on a new RX 350 based on what I was looking for.

Getting ready for another great Bell Lexus car

I have bought several vehicles at Bell Lexus. I love my IS F Sport. I was there yesterday to find out what to do to trade in my lease. Everyone was nice, friendly, and respectful. They walked me through the process and checked my credit so I will be ready. I did not feel rushed at att, even thou my lease isn't up yet- Now I feel ready to lease a new RX... Just need to choose the color

My experience at Bell Lexus has been incredible! I just bought my first Lexus after trading my 4Runner. I walked in to see if anyone had traded a 4Runner, Highlander or Rav4 thinking I could not afford a luxury Lexus. Greco Barbaro opened my eyes to a wonderful opportunity to own a Lexus that I could afford (I did not want to finance)! He was absolutely wonderful! There was no pressure. There was no upselling or trying to convince me to buy new or something beyond my ability to pay cash which had been recommended at a couple other local dealerships. I'm from a relatively small southern Indiana town. Our local Kenny Kent Toyota Lexus dealer is family owned and my family has bought many cars from them. They are trustworthy and go the extra mile. I faxed the Carfax to my Dad who then spoke with Steve Vandeveer, their Lexus specialist, who said it was a great deal. Greco and his manager Will Baietto met my negotiation requests : ) and so I bought a beautiful Lexus! Richard von Braun also helped in the process and shared insight. Cheryl Hagen made the process of actually buying the car very easy! Norm was incredibly friendly, and gave me some good advice as well, at a time when I was getting some questions answered. And now Doug Burton, the service consultant helping me, has been an absolute joy to work with! He called me to get things scheduled (I didn't have to call, he did so proactively). He also provided needed direction with some of the technical aspects of my car. Everyone here is friendly and genuine providing valuable insight along the way, making the whole experience great! Just traded in my rx for another one gently used. The experience was excellent and we were greeted as soon as we parked. I found one i liked on line and showed up at 6:40 pm. We left completely satisfied with our trade in price and no haggle price on our newer one. I found that the management that we encountered were friendly, helpful, reasonable and professional. We were never rushed. Warranties were presented but not pressured and as a cash buyer, it was easy and the experience was surprisingly fast. We would definitely reccommend Bell Lexus as they were great to work with.

I went to Bell Lexus the first time with a friend who was buying a car, and was so impressed with Neil Washburn, her sales person, that I decided to go back and buy a new ES350. Neil is incredibly knowledgable, friendly, listened to what I was looking for and gave me options - all without pushing. He worked hard to find exactly the car I wanted and was as excited as I was to find it. Neil is awesome! He praised each person with whom I was going to work - Karen in financing and Hillary to teach me details about the car - and was exactly right. Karen guided me to the right financing package, kind, patient and helpful. Hillary helped me set up my phone, garage doors, music without my glazing over with too much data at once and I feel comfortable going back when I need more help. I will send everyone I know to Bell Lexus, knowing they will be treated fairly, get exactly what they want, and it'll be a fun experience before, during and after!

Professional all the way. I called two dealers shopping for my new GS and chose to meet up at Bell Lexus for the deal. From start to finish they never pressured me and continued to answer my questions about features the technology and financing throughout. They even took me to meet my new service rep who was no less professional. I can't wait to return.

Was just at Bell Lexus to purchase a new IS350 and was overwhelmed by the hospitality of their young energetic employees. They where courteous, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Not your typical auto dealership. They make the unpleasant task of auto shopping easy. They will definitely get my business in auto purchases in the future. Kudos to these hard working ladies and gentlemen.

Honest, Humble, Kind, & Patient

My wife and I have had a lot of experience in purchasing cars and I would say that we know what we want and normally do a lot of research before making a purchase. We went to Bell Lexus thinking that they closed at 8 pm. Lexus closed at 6pm that evening; however our sales man made it a night filled with his kindness, humbleness, and honesty. This gentleman allowed my wife and me the opportunity to share our personal needs and wishes in regards to all aspects of purchasing a car. Throughout the entire 72 hours of our deliberation between my wife and I, the people at Bell Lexus were always there waiting patiently to answer any questions or concerns we might have had. To be honest they became a part of our life in that short time and we look forward in dealing with them in the future, so IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN HONEST, HUMBLE, KIND, & PATIENT dealership, go to Bell Lexus and you will not be disappointed.

I purchased my new IS250 here last week. The entire process was painless, which is a relief because i'll admit I was a little nervous buying a car by myself this time...but no need to worry, From the minute I walked onto the lot to the moment I drove home in my new car the next day, I never felt in over my head. Every single person I dealt with at Bell Lexus was nothing but informative, forthright and reasonable to work with. No problem finding the color combination I wanted. No problem with my credit union financing. And most importantly, no problem on getting to a reasonable price. I'm so glad I decided to check Bell Lexus out this time.

After not purchasing a new car in 10 years, we decided it was time. We drove several cars at different dealerships and no one matched our expectations until we met Bob A and Bell Lexus. Wow, he took the anxiety right out of the new car shopping experience. He answered all of our questions, gave thoughtful and reasoned explanations, and handled the deal from trade-in to delivery. In addition, he has maintained phone contact with an open door policy reminding us that we are free to contact him with any questions, no matter how small. Bob was the perfect sales person for us and we would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new car. We love our car and look forward to dealing with everyone at this dealership for many years to come.

We love our 2013 200H. It is just terrific. And of course, hats off to Bell Lexus for complete satisfaction at time of purchase and throughout. A very good price, great environment. What a great place. They came to my house to set up our link to opening the garage door. A few weeks later, I had a few questions about the Navigation system and my salesman personally assisted me and I "had to check in with him to let him know that I was ok with everything"--Awesome. How awesome is it that I walked by the Gen. Mgr's Office and he came out to personally greet me by name--He knew my name! And what about the Service Dept? I emailed the service dept with a generic question about the car--before I even pushed "send", I got an answer from the Service Mgr. And, our sales consultant--gentleman, teacher, guider--the best. I would like to suggest that Bell Lexus consider changing the dealership name to "Cheers". Why? Because whenever I am in, everybody knows my name! We are not just customers. We are friends. Awesome!

The most uneventful vehicle transation ever

They worked with us remotely on the purchase of a Lexus SUV. While we had no prior relationship with Bell Lexus, they quickly earned our confidence through a straightforward, respectful and honest sales approach. Only after agreeing on a price for the vehicle over the phone, we went to the dealership to complete the transaction and acquire our new vehicle. Upon arriving at the dealership, everyone was extremely accomodating and most importantly true to their word regarding the sale and trade in price. The most uneventful vehicle transaction that I have ever had.

I recently acquired a 2010 LS460 at the new North Scottsdale Lexus dealership and worked with Neil W as my sales representative. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at this dealership. This is the second Lexus I've bought at Bell Lexus and the fourth one I've owned in the past 15 years. Neil went the distance to find the LS with all the features, color, and options that I was looking for. His friendly and professional approach made the experience effortless and enjoyable. He made certain that the car was in "certified" condition and detailed meticulously. I've been to many dealerships over the years that have not come close to making the process as painless as Bell Lexus did. I have recommended them to several business associates as the "place to go" when they are shopping for their next set of Lexus wheels.

May want to to do your research! The reviews for this particular dealership are not valid. They weren't even open yet! Worst experience EVER! Lied to from the beginning! Sales associate was nice but inexperienced. Sales manager was misleading and unclear. Finance person rushed me through paperwork without fully explaining things. After signing all paperwork and taking ownership of the vehicle and having it for 3 days I found out they were going to raise my interest rate. Went through a different financing and found that the price we agreed on wasn't the true price. Two weeks later, the deal was terminated. What a waste of my time! My true rating is actually ZERO stars!

Everyone we came into contact with at the dealership was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The sales person who worked with us was very experienced and could answer all of our questions. We visited dealerships at 4 of their competitors and felt Bell Lexus outdistanced the others in customer service and knowledge. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

I would recommend my sales rep, Angelo, to my friends and family. No sales pressure; he listens to what you want. The sales staff treated my wife and I well, I appreciate that.
