Cadillac XT5

My experience at Arrowhead Cadillac was excellent. My salesman was also extremely excellent he went out of his way to make sure I, meaning I was satisfied with my new vehicle cause I am very picky when it come to buying a vehicle color inside interior and outside exterior, size of tires and rim like I said he made sure the price of vehicle met my need. Again everything was what I wanted. I was very very pleased with my purchase of my new vehicle. My Salesman Frank Barela is a number one salesman at Arrowhead Cadillac. Very happy with my new vehicle Cadillac XT5. Thanks Arrowhead Cadillac

Much disappointment for a

I had a very disappointing experience in April of 2018 with Arrowhead Cadillac. I was trying to negotiate a deal for the trade-in of my 2016 SRX “Luxury”, which I had just purchased from them one year previously, on another 2016 SRX “Performance”. I wanted more options that were available on the higher-trim Performance level. I was very open and direct on my specific needs which I spelled out to their internet sales contact. I assumed they would be very flexible with me given they not only knew the car I had just purchased from them one year previously, but it still had very low miles, was very clean, and still had much “certified” warrantee. Much to my surprise, their “difference” figure quoted was unreasonable given my research done online using car valuation services (In fact, I much later closed a deal on another virtually similar 2016 SRX for $7,000 less “difference” at one of their competitors). I followed-up with a request for their re-consideration and an indication of my willingness to work more on a “win-win”. Their response was curt and basically shut-off all discussions without demonstrating any flexibility nor answering all my open questions. This apparent dismissive and disrespectful treatment lead me to re-consider my concerns I had remaining from my original purchase one year earlier. Specifically, that earlier sale closing process including an unprofessional sales pressure tactic used by a sales manager, and more so, my rushed inspection of the car later demonstrated there were many chips in the body and windshield which had not been repaired by Arrowhead as part of their certification inspection process. I ultimately presented all of this to Sales Management at Arrowhead, and quite frankly, it appears they not only tried again to ignore or dismiss me, but ultimately, they made excuses and incorrectly tried to blame me for shutting-off negotiations early on. Bottom line, they lost a customer, and I found a much more customer-focused Cadillac dealership and a deal which saved me $7,000.

deceptive practices

I am writing this because I know if someone before me had a similar experience and wrote about it I would have been saved from a regrettable purchase. This is for all the other trusting women (or men) car buyers who should warned about these types of dealers who prey on our trust. I thought that the days of sneaky deals were gone especially at the luxury car level. I was deceived on a lease that I did with Tom Williams and the owners son and yes shame on me for not double checking the residual price until it was too late. But when the salesman gives you a final sales price even if it's a lease it should be honored and not added to the residual as in my case. Just as important as being deceived on the actual cost was when I completed a review of my purchase that Cadillac sent me (I didn't complete it at first but they continued to email so I thought why not, they should know what their dealers are doing) Shortly thereafter I received a call from the customer service manager at Arrowhead Cadillac. Her only concern was that I had given them a bad review, not my concerns that they lied and overcharged me. Presenting the facts to her she said she would speak with the managers and get back to me. Well that never happened! Several weeks later Cadillac followed up with me and I was honest about how I was now even more annoyed at Arrowhead Cadillac for the way they reacted to my concerns (and failure to call me back) . After multiple requests by Cadillac this same customer service manager called me and made it clear that she nor the dealer wanted to address my concerns. I was astounded because I and they know I was cheated. But I was given another promise to speak with the management and call me back. Guess what? No call. I will never buy/lease another car from this dealer or any of their dealerships!

Sales Review

I recently visited Cadillac on Bell road. Joe Enzler help us out. I just went in to look and he answered all my questions. He did not pressure me and wanted to help in any way that he could. His time with us was a great help and when I'm ready to purchase he is one guy that I will be coming to see. Thanks Joe

Great purchase experience

A truly exceptional purchase experience at Arrowhead Cadillac. Joe Enzler was extremely helpful and professional as our sales consultant. Ken Welsh presented a great deal without hassle. Jorge Martinez and Barton Harris handled the paperwork with great efficiency. Thank You for a stress free purchase.
