great service lousy sales.....

I bought a used 2015 Santa Fe there. It had a bad shimmy on the freeway and after I had it a few days realized it was leaking oil all over my garage. Brandon Lee sold me the car. He was fine until I had a problem and left him messages and he never answered his phone and never got back to me. So I called his sales manager Caelen. Answered the phone right away. But the check had cleared and apparently the love was gone, he told me to bring it in but he said it was a used car and hoped I realized that and there were really no guarantees (well multi-point check but what exactly do they check and 3 month limited warranty but they don't say anything about the limited part). I really felt like he was using anything to get out of responsibility and felt kind of dirty after talking to him. So then Stephan from the service department called after a couple hours. I must say after that things got so much better, I was talking to a guy who wanted to solve problems and help me, not just scurry away. Took the car in, they fixed the leak no problem and rebalanced one of the front wheels which totally fixed the shimmy. So sales department zero stars, service department 5 stars, guess that averages out to 3 stars.

Finance department dropped thé ball

Financed a used 2013 vw Jetta for my son going to college, we had to make two additional appearances at the dealership because of paperwork being competed improperly after taking the vehicle home!! I was a co signer for my son and have an excellent credit rating: very dissappkinted I do not recommend.

Easy and Professional

I had a really great experience at acura scottsdale. I was in process of moving from out of state and I was able to easily purchase my new car before I even arrived to Arizona. I was even able to sign all the necessary paperwork before arrival making my actual time at the dealership short, sweet and to the point.

Different Experience

After I bought a used RDX and the $3100 platinum 60k mile extended warranty, I called again to see what rates I could have for a second purchase. I was ignored and not even Steve the sales manager or Raymond my sales person followed-up with me. The finance person, Terres, got fed up with me for asking the rate. I thought she would have easier access to my credit profile wince it has been less than a week since my first puchase. She emailed both and told them she was fed up with me unbeknownst that I was still copied on her fwd email to them. Bad experience.

Go Somewhere Else

Ray was great but the sales manage Steve was a real [non-permissible content removed]. I had a great experience until I hooked up with him and I was ready to leave and I probably should have. There was no good will from him that I was buying a car. He made me feel like I had ripped him off and I got this fantastic deal on a car. I wanted him to throw in the cargo mat and cargo cover on this leased vehicle and you would have thought I wanted the tires rimmed in gold. Once I finally agreed to the deal, I was sent to finance and got this lady who used the most antiquated system to print out the paperwork and it took over an hour with her. She included the cargo mat and cargo cover in my paperwork and said that I would not need to pay any additional money. It was part of the deal. Two months later, I still haven't received either. AND after a recent orientation where I disclosed the problems I was having with the car, the attitude was those are known problems. No one told me about those known problems when I was deciding on whether to purchase the car. I bought a vehicle from this dealership in 2005 and I had the best experience I ever had so I was hopeful I would get a repeat. New owner and new dealership. I would not recommnend.

Great Buying Experience But TERRIBLE Service Thereafter

Issue 1: The sales rep who worked with me in purchasing an Acura TL was great - Vern. Once I go the car, it was all downhill from there. The staff in the maintenance department are very busy - just let them tell you. They treat the customers like dirt since they know you have to deal with warranty work. Issue 2: I purchased a TL with TWO bent rims on the passenger side. We took the vehicle in numerous times complaining of a vibration at highway speeds. Of course it wasn't figured out until we had the car for 8k miles - where they promptly blamed us for this damage. Funny thing is we took the vehicle back within 3 days of purchase. We werent quite sure what was up since the car was new to us - takes some time to become familiar with a car. The GM graciously offered to sell me two new rims at INVOICE. I turned him down and purchased a whole new set of tires and rims for $1100 from Arrowhead Acura. Issue 3: Stereo Issues. The back shelf rattled like crazy after we had the back speakers replaced due to them actually being $25 speakers. Turns out the guys who put the back shelf back in broke half the plastic tabs and didn't bother to put new ones in.

Wonderful Car Buying Experience

We started the internet process through Rocko cook and when we arrived Jeremy Braun assisted us through the process of driving the vehicle and starting us with comparing the others available. Both gentlemen went out of their way to assist us and provide us with their expertise. They listened to what we wanted and Rocko worked a nice deal with us. The dealership purchasing was handled with expertise & quickly processed this purchase for us. All of the details relating to the car were addressed and "owed" items were promptly taken care of within 2 days. We cannot say enough about the kindness & consideration extended to us - and it has continued after delivery. The communication before, during & after is the best we have ever received!

Super High Rated

Acura North Scottsdale worked with me in these troubled times to help me lease an Acura. My credit, as many people's, is now less than perfect. But Acua rewarded my loyality. (I've leased four previous Acuras over 13 years with them and never missed a payment.) Other dealers were less accomodating. Sales Consultant Chad Hansen and Finance Manager Charles Watson went to bat for me. I couldn't be more grateful; couln't be more impressed with the dealer's loyality to me. They deserve a 10-plus rating on a 1-10 scale.

Worst Auto Experience of my Life

Acura North Scottsdale is the absolute worst dealership that I have dealt with in the past 40 years. Once the sale was complete, they would have nothing to do with me. If you are going to purchase an Acura, I highly recommend that you do NOT use Acura North Scottsdale as your dealership. Once they had my money, the service and follow-up were non-existent.

I purchased a new TL the salesmen was fine and the finance dept was fine . But one week later I went into the dealership and my salesman was not friendly I wanted to buy another acura for my daughter the Tl is a great car for the money. The salesman didnt even remember my name a week later I also wanted the first TL I bought a week earlier to be tinted they said they would then reneged because it was put in writeing the salemen had given is word. I left and bought my daughter a mustang. There service dept is also rude and very slow.

Good buying experience

Just bought a new 2007 TL. Have had previous experience with this dealership and have always found them to be friendly and professional. In this negotiation, found them to be straight forward and honest, with none of the usual harassment and dealer games that I've experienced elsewhere. The deal we arrived with, I considered fair and in line with my expectations. Going through the paperwork process was again professional and straight forward, with no last minute sales effort or surprises. I would not hesitate to buy another car there in the future.

After driving an Infinity G35 sedan, I decided that the car was a bit "old" for me. I researched the Acura TSX and decided to take a few test drives. I don't buy new cars so I searched Auto Trader and Cars.com for a one to two year old TSX with low miles. I looked on the Acura of North Scottsdale website and saw several vehicles that might work for me. It was the typical car buying experience - make the appointment, meet the salesperson, take a test drive and argue over how much my trade was worth. In the end, I purchased an '07 TSX certified demo without navigation with less than 4000 miles at less that the Edmunds TMV price. The finance lady was very nice, demonstrating various after-the-sale items (window tint, paint protection, extended warranty, interior warranty). The only "pressure item" was the extended warranty which could only be purchased at the time of the sale. The transaction took about 3 hours. I would have gotten out sooner but there was a bad storm the night before and it took an hour to get the car washed. I got my license plate tabs in less than 2 weeks - a record breaking performance for Arizona car dealership!
