5 Star Buying Experience

by LarryBJ on 12/20/2016

A 5 Star experience — made an online request on a new QX-30 and got a phone call in 5 minutes. Our salesman, Jerrick Price, said the car would be detailed and ready for our visit. When we arrived, a fine gentleman greeted us and took us to Jerrick. As we were going inside the office, the car we specifically wanted to see was already parked at the front door. The buying process with Jerrick was easy and no pressure. Tim Vining in Finance was professional and speedy with the paperwork. The whole process took 2 1/2 hours — highly recommended.

Dealership that listens!

by ASUgrad on 03/09/2015

I recently totaled my vehicle and was looking for a replacement. I had a particular pre-owned vehicle in mind. Infiniti of Peoria had one and I was interested online. Chris Graham reached out to me and helped me with the process. I had a very strict budget and he worked to get where I am comfortable. Great experience and a dealership that actually listens! I will definitely be back again.

Great Buying Experience

by brke3289 on 03/09/2015

I reached out to the Infiniti dealership close to where my mother lives to assist in making her vehicle purchase as easy as possible. I was contacted by Chris Graham who answered every question we had and even brought the vehicle to my mother's place for her to look at it. The deal was completed as negotiated and I could not have asked for an easier vehicle purchase experience.

Bought Car

by genem4 on 02/21/2015

Gene M I recently bought an Infiniti here and I have to say that this was by far my best car buying experience. I dealt with MICHAEL MERCURO and he was very knowledgeable about the cars and helped me finding exactly what I needed. Every question that I asked, he had an answer for me and it really helped me choose the right car. He is the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He was not the only great thing about it though. The building was very well put together and clean. The other employees were very friendly as well and directed me to the right area and helped me when I needed it. I just loved how easy the whole process was and how smoothly it went.

Rotten Ethics

by cindy108 on 02/02/2015

I called Chris Graham my salesman because the Scottsdale Infiniti refused to honor oil changes for my leased Infiniti as we discussed with finance department. I think you all have rotten ethics and you have ruined the Infiniti brand for me. This is even furthur rotten because we had an oral agreement for the lease to be 10,000 miles per year but you all wrote the contract up as 12,000 miles per year so I could of been rotten like you all and said a contract is a contract but I did not. I drove a significant distance to meet with your person and resign the contract for 10,000 because I believe when you make a deal you need to stick to your deal. I was told I could get my oil changes at the Scottsdale Infiniti (Pinnacle) under the 2 year warranty and Infiniti is not honoring that deal. I will make sure everyone hears about this. The infiniti of Peoria GM did call and say he would send someone to pick up my car using MY MILES, GAS, INSURANCE basically my expense to take the car for an oil change. I should not have to let someone have my car to get the oil change maintenance I was promised.

Dishonest, shady characters to be AVOIDED

by leemanlax on 08/27/2012

These guys run the dealership on deception, dishonesty, and sleight-of-hand. They are downright stereotypical in their sleaziness. We went to Infiniti of Peoria to buy a used G37 Coupe. We test drove a car that was Certified Pre-Owned, but when we got down to negotiating price, the sales team told us it actually had NOT been certified, but could be....at an extra cost of approx. $900. When we protested that the car had been advertised as "Certified", they said "oh, sorry for the confusion." That was only the beginning of the deception around our target car. We finally agreed on a price that was to include fixing some dents and putting on new tires (at dealer cost); however, when we came to pick up the car, we learned that none of the dents had been fixed. Our salesperson tried to pretend he didn't know what dents we were talking about, despite the fact that we had discussed the dents with him several times before. After a great deal of protest, the GM finally agreed to repair the dents, but didn't want to do so BEFORE we signed the contract. He said he'd do it as a "we owe" situation....which I refused. Furthermore, we discovered through easy smart-phone research (don't the dealerships realize we're living in 2012 with instant information available at our fingertips?!?!) that the tires they put on were super cheap and worth less than half what he was charging us as "cost". Also, the tires were way below OEM specifications for our particular car. When we brought these facts to their attention, they first tried to deny the facts, then shifted to a stance of "well, those are the tires you're getting and we're not changing them." So, I suggested putting the old tires back on and subtracting the "dealer cost" from the total purchase price, only to be told that THE TIRES WERE SO BAD, THEY WERE DANGEROUS TO DRIVE ON. But, before we complained about the state of the tires originally, the dealership was perfectly willing to sell the car with the tires as is. So, we walked out of the dealership. These guys are shifty, dishonest, and downright nasty when you catch them in their shenanigans. The upshot is SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!

Bait and Switch

by justinb1 on 06/25/2012

I purchased a 2008 M35 from Infiniti of Peoria on 2/19/2012. They sold me a maintenance plan to cover all routine maintenance for 6 years or 82k whichever occurs first. Two months after having the vehicle I took it in for the 30k mile routine maintenance. Come to find out the finance guys (Sam and Teddy) who sold me the maintenance shouldn't have sold it to me because that option is only for new vehicles not used. I went round and round with them to correct their error; including working with the General Manager Kurt Kasik who is completely worthless at what he does. As of today, almost 6 months since the day I purchased the vehicle I am still without the maintenance plan. I am pasting below the actual letter I wrote to Infiniti consumer affairs and Infiniti of Peoria. This is my first and probably my last Infiniti unless someone makes this situation right. On 2/19/2012, I purchased a 2008 Infiniti M35 vehicle from Infiniti of Peoria, in Peoria, Arizona. At the point of purchase I was advised that I would have an extended protection plan which includes an extended warranty and maintenance plan on the vehicle. Maintenance plan was supposed to cover all maintenance on the vehicle through the entirety of the protection plan. The Infiniti Protection Plan – Elite which is what I thought the maintenance and extended warranty plan was, is good from 2/19/2012 through 2/19/ 2018 or 109,087 miles based on the odometer reading of the vehicle. On 5/2/2012 I took my vehicle to Infiniti of Peoria service center for 30k mile routine maintenance which was scheduled to be performed on 5/3/2012; Bill Macewen was my service advisor. He contacted me on 5/3/2012 to advise me that my vehicle was not covered under the maintenance plan. He explained the “Protection Plan – Elite” that I purchased only covered an extended warranty on the vehicle. This was to my surprise so I immediately called Sam Yatim, Finance Representative who sold me the protection plan; he assured me I have the maintenance plan and said he would take care of it. A couple of hours went by so I called Bill back to ensure the maintenance on the vehicle was being performed and he advised he hasn’t heard anything from Sam or who was going to pay for the maintenance so he couldn’t perform the work at that time. I asked Bill if he could reach out to Sam to see what the holdup was and Bill made it sound like it would be an inconvenience to him to do that. It wasn’t until I insisted that he contact Sam to get this resolved that he finally agreed to contact him. I ended up getting a call from Bill later that day saying we have the vehicle ready to go; so I asked if the maintenance was performed and he said they completed the clear bra protection (which is the 3rd time I had the vehicle in the shop for the clear bra which is another concern) and he mentioned they did a tire rotation and oil change but the rest of the 30k maintenance couldn’t be confirmed because no one authorized to pay for it and the info that Sam shared with him didn’t confirm the maintenance plan. I then advised Bill that I didn’t want to pick up the vehicle today and then have to bring it back down there once everything was straighten out. I told Bill to keep the vehicle another day while they figure out the issue with the maintenance plan. He agreed and kept the vehicle until 5/4/2012. Shortly after my conversation with Bill I called Sam to see what was going on. He explained he is still working on getting the issue resolved. I told him I would contact him first thing in the morning to get this resolved. On 5/4/2012 I called Infiniti of Peoria to speak with Sam about the status of my vehicle; they advised me he wouldn’t be in until noon. When noon came I called and spoke to Sam, he explained at that point that he made a mistake in selling me the extended maintenance plan because they could only do that on new vehicles but he said he is going to make it right since they did in fact sell it to me and it was one of the major deciding factors of me actually purchasing the vehicle. A couple hours later Sam advised me that he has to cancel my existing protection plan - elite and re-write the protection plan so it includes the extended protection plan – elite and the maintenance plan but there would be no additional cost to me. Around 5pm on I go down to the Infiniti Peoria expecting to sign the new documents for the plan but come to find out Sam should have never sold me the maintenance to begin with so now they didn’t know how to fix it. At that point I was talking with Sam and Teddy. They needed more time to figure out how to fix this. One idea they had was to put me in a new M37, 2012 because they could get me the maintenance plan on new vehicles. I advised them both I would be fine with that if they can keep the payments under $600. We all agreed I would come back on Saturday 5/5/2012 to see if the 2012 M37 would work out. I told them if it doesn’t then they need to do one of three things, honor the maintenance plan on my current M35, buy back the vehicle, or buy me out of the maintenance plan. Within 10 minutes of leaving the dealership Teddy called me to apologize for the error Sam made which I appreciate his sympathy as this was the first time someone actually took a step back and realized the impact to the customer. On 5/5/2012 I went to Infiniti of Peoria and spoke with Teddy regarding the M37 2012 and he advised they couldn’t get my payment below $600 so that option was gone. At that point he said he was speechless and wasn’t 100% sure what do. I asked him who the owner of the dealership was and he gave me his name along with your name. He explained that he would have to get with you to see how we can make this right. I left with the understanding to call you at 8:30am on Monday (5/7/2012) morning to find out what you guys have decided to do to make this right. On 5/7/2012 I call Infiniti of Peoria at 8:30am and spoke with you. At that point I gave you a high level overview of the situation and you advised me that you would look into it and get back to me on the issue. Around 4:30pm I drove down to Infiniti of Peoria and spoke to you directly about the situation. You explained that you will make this right even if you had to pay for it out of your own pocket but you needed some time to get it worked out. We agreed with this plan. On 5/8/2012 I left you a voicemail around 8:30am and then another one around 5:00pm; unfortunately no phone call was returned that day. On 5/10/2012 (two days later) I left you a voicemail around 11am advising you of my disappointment with your communication/follow up and requested a follow up by 1pm that same day. That same day I contacted Infiniti Consumer Affairs and filed a formal complaint with Lindsay. (Case: 7947900) Around 3pm that same day you left me a voicemail indicating you submitted a written request on Tuesday (5/8/2012) to MPP to get approval to honor the maintenance plan. You advised you would contact me later that day once you heard back from MPP. I didn’t receive a call from you so I assumed you didn’t hear anything from MPP. On 5/11/2012 I didn’t hear anything from you as well. It’s now 5/12/2012, over a week since this incident started and I am without my maintenance plan and my 30k maintenance.

DO NOT go here!!

by drew60 on 08/27/2011

The absolute WORST car buying experience ever. Beware of this dealership. The recent bad reviews should be an indication that this dealership is far from excellence. If I can prevent at least one person from giving this company their hard earned cash, I will be happy. I could write a novel on everything I have been through with these guys but most importantly, get copies of EVERYTHING. My salesman was Steve Bonny. While a nice guy, he plays the innocence card too much and does absolutely nothing when the sales managers come to try to negotiate your deal. He pleads ignorance. Enter Jason Settle, a sales manager. The most inconsiderate and inappropriate person I have met. If he comes to negotiate your deal, all I can say is have him write everything down and get copies of what he writes and review it for accuracy; better yet, I would leave. He even went so far as to roll his eyes at me when I asked him to write something down. When you get to finance and meet Daniella Kutter, BEWARE. Review everything she asks you to sign. She also rolled her eyes at me when I refused the “extras” she offered me in finance. The last thing I want to do is get car advice from a 20 something finance “manager” who pretends to be your friend; she will try to slip something in your paperwork to increase her bottom line. PLEASE review everything at this point unless you got your own financing, which I strongly recommend. My complaint about the sales team and finance escalated to the Sales Manager, Teddy Groza. What a sorry excuse for a manager. He does not care at all about your circumstance and will blow smoke in your face just to get you to leave. Do not trust him for anything. Finally, I decided to take my complaint to the General Manager, Kurt Kasik. He is by far the absolute worst general manager in the customer service industry I have ever met. After numerous phone calls and unanswered messages, he refused to see me when I came in to the dealership to talk to him. He is inconsiderate, worthless and [violative content deleted.]. He even called my wife and I liars and I have the email to prove it! What self respecting manager would call a customer a liar? The owners of this company and Infiniti should be ashamed to have Kurt representing their brand. Bottom line, avoid this dealership and especially the people I mentioned, most importantly Kurt. I would encourage anyone with similar problems to at least file a BBB complaint, an Infiniti Consumer Affairs complaint and post their reviews online. This business does not deserve any rating above 1 star in my book. Please take into consideration this review and the many others who have had bad experiences. DO NOT GO HERE to buy a car; they do not deserve your money.

One of the best buying experiences to date

by seegee37 on 11/24/2010

Looked at new G37 sedans, and was offered a price by salesperson Robert. After test driving, then thinking it over came back after lunch and ended up buying at the agreed price - which was a great deal all in all. The sales experience was great, and only took a bit over an hour to complete the deal and drive away. We did our research first, and knew pricing, etc and what we wanted plus what we could afford (apparently other reviewers hadn't done this first). This is our 4th Infiniti since 1997, and what keeps bringing us back is the consistent high quality of vehicle, reasonable pricing, and the good level of service received. This is our 3rd dealership and by far the best of the bunch.

Totally Dissatisfied

by abrewer1010 on 10/30/2010

I cannot begin to explain how dissatisfied I am with the treatment my husband, and I have received from this dealership. Recently we purchased a used vehicle from Infiniti of Peoria, and one of the stipulations to purchase the car was to have the windshield fixed. We even received a "we owe" form that states that the... windshield would be fixed. After the deal was done, and we took the vehicle home, a few days later I had to follow up on the "we owe" and was told to wait a few more days to hear from them. After about a week, I called again, and finally spoke to the person who handles the internal service work. Finally an appointment was made to have the windshield taken care of... or so I thought. I came in at the specified time and the car was taken back to the shop to be fixed, but I was told that the windshield couldn't just have a simple fill in the chip to fix it. The service advisor told me then that the issue would be taken up with the sales department, who administered the "we owe" paperwork, and yet another week went by until I again had to call to get anything going. By this time I've become frustrated by the dealer, since they had already taken my money, and now weren't holding up their end of the deal. As of now I have been told that they cannot make any further effort to fix the windshield, and are unwilling to work with me anymore. I think a simple windshield is a very stupid way to cause a person to be unhappy with your company. Had I known the difficulty this dealer would put me through over a chip in a windshield, I wouldn't have agreed upon the price and would have put it into account on my offer. Please take my review into consideration if you are planning to purchase a vehicle or have any other business with this dealership.

Stay Away!!!

by grandpadon on 10/24/2010

My Mom bought a 2011 Sonata she was told by the Manager that he would get her the manual and the extra key with remote and four weeks later she still doesn't have it. After many unreturned phone calls we took her to confront him. He told us to go to Larry Millers and order the manual and extra key and remote. Talk about unprofessional service. He promissed her over and over again during the sale he would provide these to her. We have nothing good to say about him or his dealership. Please do not support them in anyway. During the buying process we were promissed a lot and they did not follow through. I felt I should not have had to go directly into the dealership again to get the items I was promised. Once they get your money they are done with you.

Don't Buy From This Dealership!! They Do Not Deserve YOUR Hard Earned Money

by tootsaz on 06/18/2010

These people are absolutely NOT interested in customer service. They are the typical Used Car Salesman Stereotype..... dishonest, double-talking, after-the-sale-they-don't-know-you [violative content deleted]. We bought a used Infiniti G35 and were told 1) it had a music box; 2) we would receive free oil changes for 1 year if we purchased before the end of the month (April 10); and 3) that it was a '08. The year discrepancy was straightened out before the actual purchase, although we told the salesman SEVERAL times we were interested in the '08 model. After the sale, the salesman LOST our license plate from our trade as well as 6 CDs that we forgot to remove from the car. (We want the old plate b/c it has the higher quality, raised lettering.... not the cheapo, flat ones AZ makes now). Our plates were never mailed to us.... until we drove back out there the day our temp tags expired. No owner's manual was included with our 'new' car. The General Sales Manager, Teddy Groza, is unconcerned. We were handed the home number of our salesman (who was poached to another Infiniti dealership in Tempe, leaving Peoria with no notice) and told to call him. We called the salesman and he said that he left the items in his desk. Groza said they have looked for the plate and CDs, but I doubt any serious, concerted effort was put into that search. Additionally, there was NO FOLLOWUP. No call to make an appt to make sure we were educated on the features (another promise we were made BEFORE the actual sale). We were told over and over how their customer service mission was to create and retain valuable relationships through superior customer service that goes "over and beyond" customer expectations. At this time, the GSM (Groza) has stone walled me, asking what I want him to do. The GM (Kurt Kasik) of the whole operation has NOT returned my call. However, Infiniti HQ is now looking into the case and hopes to get this resolved. The young man on the phone at HQ was VERY professional, nice and seemed to genuinely desire to make this come out to our satisfaction..... I will wait to see if HQ cares... CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP: YOU WILL BE VERY SORRY IF YOU DO.
