Chris from Gilbert Horne Kia was a huge help in finding a vehicle that best suited me. Craig and Ryan from Horne Motors were great in making the buying process seamless and efficient. Would recommend these great people to anyone.
Warrenty? Better double check that

I was so excited when I bought this lifted truck from this place. Loved everything about it. Had the truck for about a month and noticed some noises and some leaking lines. Called about the Warrenty and they directed me to what I needed to do. Took it down to the dealer they told me to go to. they called me with a list of things that's wrong with it. Said that it would be covered BUT since the truck is lifted (lifted prior to my purchase) they cannot do anything about it and makes the Warrenty null in void. So now what am I suppose to do? I called Horne and they said there's nothing they can do. Well then you should have never offered the Warrenty in the first place and now I'm stuck with a truck that needs work done that should be covered but won't be..... So now I'm gonna be stuck with a big huge bill to fix things because of hornes lack of knowledge on their own vehicles and Warrentys. Watch out they might catch you up next. You have to leave a 1 star rating or else I would have left none. So very discusted and disappointed. Will never suggest this place to any one.

Helped us find a good car we could afford

My family doesn't have a lot of money, so when my wife's car stopped running and we learned it would take thousands to get it running again, we were very disheartened. We knew putting more money into her car would be a waste, but getting another seemed like so far from being possible. We looked around online for vehicles we thought we could maybe afford and came across one at Horne so we sent a notice to the dealership via email. They answered right away and invited us to come down the next day to talk. Ronnie, our salesman, was great . He was informative and friendly but not pushy. We told him we needed a low payment with only $1500 down. He wasn't sure he could do it for us, but with some help from the finance department, they got us into a great car with payments we could afford. We didn't get the car we went for, but the one we ended up with was actually better for us in a number of ways. I highly recommend Horne Motors Mesa to anyone looking for a great car for a fair price. I plan to go back when I get financially better off to look for a car for myself. Thanks Ronnie.
