It was so easy I almost thought it was too good to be true.

My prior GMC lease was about to expire and all I wanted was the same car I had, just the newer version. The dealership who arranged my initial lease kept pushing another vehicle, rather than listen to what I wanted. After seeing Earnhardt Buick GMC had the exact vehicle I wanted, I reached out. They followed up within a few minutes and I traded cars that afternoon. What's more, is that I live nearly 2 hours from the dealership and they personally delivered it to my home to accommodate my family's schedule. I was and am so grateful. I worked primarily with Jesse, Tony and Sarah. When you have so many people involved, information can easily get jumbled, but not here. Each team member knew their role and communicated well. Once Jesse personally delivered the car, we seamlessly signed paperwork and Jesse walked us through the new features of the car we didn't have in our prior version. He anticipated our questions and competently walked us through everything we asked. When he drove away, my husband and I kept reiterating how easy that was, and how that was such a different experience than we had at the other dealership. If I HAD to nitpick, I'd say the only minor inconvenience was that the floor mats were not in stock at the time and are going to be mailed to me. With two small kids I am anxious to get them; however, I understand wholeheartedly that is not to any fault of Jesse/Tony/Sarah. It was a very tight turnaround to deliver the vehicle and Jesse even offered to let me keep the old mats from my '21 model in the meantime. Jesse has been giving timing updates so I know it hasn't slipped through the cracks. Overall, the Earnhardt Team definitely won me over and being 2 hours away will not preclude me from returning or referring friends to them. Truly, I still can't get over how simple this was. At a time in life when we really needed something to go "our way", I felt like Jesse/Tony/Sarah were and are in our corner. Thank you all again. We are most grateful.

Oil Change, Tire Rotation, Filter change

I was promptly processed at my appointment time by Ronnie, we reviewed my service and recommendations for routine maintenance. He was encouraging but not strong arming. My service was completed within 45 minutes, I was prepared to wait a minimum of an hour! Thanks Earnhardt Buick GMC! I will be back.

Made appointment by phone, dropped off my car, service advisor was professional excellent manners. They called same day when they were done. Paid around the amount he said. All was fine.

Kerry, Rodney and Rip were great!

Easily the best car buying expieirce I've had. Very professional and upfront. Rodney bent over backwards for me on getting me the deal, Kerry was very knowledgeable and professional going over the car and Rip was great and got me through contracts very quickly. These guys are a class act and I will be back again when my Encore lease is up. Thanks again guys!

Buying a new care isn't always easy or fun, not so at Earnhardt GMC. Having visited many dealership looking for just the right car, I found Earnhardt GMC Superstition Springs the friendliest, non pressured sales people around. They were so very helpful and patient in answering all my questions and never pressuring me giving a couple of weeks to think it over. Being a single, senior woman I was completely run over at some dealerships and quit looking for months. Not so here! I cannot say enough good about everyone there. I had a happy, fun time and am completely satisfied with my new 2016 Buick Encore and will never go anywhere else in the future. Many thanks!

Cannot Get Vehicle

On 12/7/15 I signed docs on a 2016 GMC Canyon that was "...on its way." As of this writing (1/4/2016) the vehicle still has not arrived. I was contacted by the dealership on 12/29/15 saying the vehicle was "...in town and scheduled to be delivered any minute." Again, as of this writing, I still do not have a vehicle, not have I been told a realistic date it will arrive. It should be known that this was a 2-car deal. I also bought a delivered a 2016 Buick Regal T at the same time I wrote the deal on the 2016 GMC Canyon. This was the 4th and 5th Earnhardt vehicles I have bought in the last 12 years. Very frustrated, thinking about canceling deal.

Vechicle Service Feedback

Thanks for the survey. About a month ago I purchased (cash) from your Parts Department a bulb (ACDelco ACD#13591404, Yellow #W19-101-A2, handwritten # 7443) for my front headlight. It took the sales rep some time to determine the correct bulb from headlamps parts diagram. I tried to replace the bulb at home but could not reach the area required for the replacement. So when I made the service apt for an oil change and recall work I requested they replace the bad bulb and give them the bulb I obtained from the Parts Dept. When picking up my vehicle I was informed the bulb I provided was not the correct bulb but they did replace the bad bulb with right bulb. So I took the bulb I purchased back to the parts department but the long and short of it I still have the bulb I purchased. Not having the sale paper work did not help the situation. The parts person implied the bulb was from their inventory. I like to return the bulb if possible for a refund if memory is good it was around $17-$18 dollars On Wed Dec-30 I responded to an email from Joel Ewy, Parts & Service Director giving him the above information and have not received a response yet to my email. Thanks

The Whole staff at Earnhardt Buick treated me to an excellent experience. There was no hard sell and I left extremely happy with my purchase. I had bought a Ford explorer from Earnhardt Ford about about 20 years ago and was treated the same way. I think all of the Earnhardt dealorships must have the same reputation. I am really proud of my car and look forward to a long relationship with the people at Earnhardt Buick.

Steven Duffy helped me out tremendously with an air conditioning problem, that was out of warranty. He did everything to assist me from keeping me up-to-date on how things were progressing, provided rides are loaner cars when necessary, and offered suggestions that proved very beneficial. Very helpful, sensitive to my needs and very kind in offering all the help he could within the company's guidelines. I would definately recommend Earnhardt Buick for purchases and service. Very caring company, with many follow-ups to see how everything went. Great.

Excellent Service

Excellent service. Only suggestion would be to establish a line or provide a better way of communicating. Example: Customer calls service, gets to main reception, then gets transferred to service reception, then gets transferred to service main line which may get answered or may not. No option to leave voicemail unless going thru the steps listed above again and leave a message to receptionist. This involves multiple calling back and forth between customer and service department. Service personnel always leaves message and keeps me posted about the work performed but the service time may get prolonged if waiting on confirmation/agreement.
