My wife and I had been shopping a while for a Hyundai Veloster. Had a bad experience at another Hyundai dealership then came to SanTan Hyundai. Cole Avenetti was great to work with. He was friendly and treated us with respect. He listened to our needs and pointed out the differences between the Veloster models we were considering. He went over the sale price of the car and explained the current Hyundai offers. Once we picked a car, the color we wanted was not in stock. But Cole made a few calls and was able get what we wanted just a few days later. We appreciate the time he spent with us in answering our questions to ensure we were happy before and after the purchase.

Did 2020 Hyundai Elentra test drive with Gregg Wolf on 1st day. Went home and next day asked various dealers via email/internet to give me a price as well as Gregg. Gregg gave me a good price that I was satisfied with. Called Gregg that I would accept his price. Showed up next day and completed all paper work with Gregg, Thomas Anderson(Internet Sales) and Kyle Stark(Finance) with no up selling high pressure tactics, which Gregg had already started from the previous day, so it made time to complete much shorter, When completing final finance/closing docs the team presented options with details and let it to me to make the decision, again no high pressure sales tactics. Thomas did very through high level review of all manuals that are delivered with the car. In addition, Thomas did a very through review of all car controls as well as linking my daughters phone to the car. We opened the car hood and the motor was slightly dusty, which I didn't think was an issue, but Thomas stated this was unacceptable and sent the car back to the prep/detail team and had the engine compartment cleaned. This impressed me, due to this shows you the attention to detail and integrity this dealership and Thomas have. Several days later Thomas called to follow up on any concerns or issues, which shows their attention to customer satisfaction. Overall I was very pleased with my interaction with Gregg, Thomas and Gregg and the teamwork, quality and service we received. I would highly recommend San Tan Hyundai to all for you next car/truck purchase.

Thomas Anderson was great! San Tan Hyundai was patient as I continued to change my mind between two vehicles (same model). I felt no pressure to buy but was greeted with a kind human being who listened to what our need was. We test drove that night 2 hours before closing. My children started to voice their hunger and Thomas totally understood. We made a plan for us to come back the next morning so we could go have a late dinner. When we returned the following day our car was still waiting for us, once again we went through them multiple times and the different options in both vehicles. Financing was painless, easy and so understandable. No after signature surprises. We drove off the lot that afternoon. Great price! Great rate! Great service!

After extensively researching SUVs to purchase I was excited to go out and test drive the new Palisade.Upon arrival at San Tan Hyundai I was warmly greeted and introduced to Tom. First of all, I would like to say how pleased I was with the amount of customer service I received when I pulled up to San Tan Hyundai. Immediately, Jimmy Lambert (salesman) offers me a cold bottle of water. I proceed to tell him that I don't have a lot of time but I've done my homework and know what I'm looking for and I have researched my numbers. With that, he showed me the car I wanted with all the bells and whistles! Within a couple of hours I drove off the lot with a beautiful 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe. He got me exactly what I wanted, the exact price I said I would pay for it and the amount I would finance. I can't recommend enough to stop by and ask for Jimmy Lambert. You truly won't regret it. As a women, I felt very comfortable and knew I was in the right hands. My husband who is a Chief Financial Officer, looked over the paperwork and said "I'm impressed....you got a great deal"! Thank you so much Jimmy!

San Tan Hyundai was a great place to buy a car, we drove past other Hyundai stores to shop here with their upfront pricing listed right on the website. It was a two hour drive each way for us, that was the hardest part of the transaction. Internet sales Cole Avenetti, and his manager Tom Scheurn, continued assuring our complete satisfaction days after the sale. Good Work!

My husband and I have had a lot of car buying experiences over the years, and this was one of our best. Thomas Anderson is an excellent sales person that was easy to work with. We never felt pressure from him to purchase. He listened to what we were looking for and didn't try to sell us something more expensive than what we needed. I would highly recommend San Tan Hyundai, Thomas Anderson and Aaron Wood. This was by far the best new car buy experience I have ever had! Both Thomas and Aaron were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I left the dealership in my new car and had absolutely no buyers remorse at all.

I had a great experience with the Earnhardt Hyundai dealership! Jimmy the salesman was super helpful, patient, and accommodating. He took the time to really understand what I was looking for in a car and provided the best possible options. He was not pushy at all and answered all of my questions thoroughly. My parents and I went to a few other Hyundai dealerships around the valley and decided to make the sale with Earnhardt because of how Jimmy treated us versus the other salesman we dealt with. I appreciated that both he and Aaron (the business manager) were so accommodating. Aaron also took an extra step to help me get the coverage I needed for the car, without the cost. This made me feel like they really cared for my well-being and that they genuinely wanted to help! Great guys, great service, great experience!

Experience at a Santan dealership. I had originally gone to another dealership or I bought in my trade-in and they really low-balled me on my price and tried to pressure me which I did not appreciate. The experience was completely different at SanTan and they offered her incentives. I couldn't be happier with my new 2019 Santa Fe XL SUV which gives our family the room it needs for three growing teenagers.

Enjoying our 2019 Tucson

My wife and I were out and decided just to go car browsing. We wanted to check out Hyundai so we stopped to look and was greeted by Jimmy Lambert upon arrival. We conveyed to Jimmy that we were just out browsing and wanted to look at the Tucson to maybe down size from our current SUV. Jimmy took us around and explained in great detail the specifications and options of the vehicle and showed us many different models with their options. Jimmy was very patient with us for we were unsure if we were going to purchase or not. Then Jimmy showed us the Tucson Sport model with every thing in in we wanted and took us out for a test drive. While driving Jimmy was very knowledgeable about the car and all the features. After we took the test drive it sealed the deal. Great friendly no high pressure dealership and would highly recommend them

Loving my new Tucson

I had to buy a new car sooner than I had planned on after my Jeep Patriot stopped running, so Hyundai's standard features and warranties were calling to me. I worked with Thomas Anderson who was so incredibly helpful and patient from beginning to end. He got me into the vehicle I wanted and took so much time in helping me go through the buying process and setting up of the new car. I couldn't have asked for better treatment from him on the sales aspect and also, Aaron on the financing finalization. The whole team at San Tan Hyundai went above and beyond!

where should i start, the sales team especially Mr. Thomas Anderson,and Mr. James Lampert, and the service manager Mr. Greg Wolfe, was excellent! took care of all our needs, we came in not knowing if we were going to buy this car, but left very impressed with Mr. Anderson, answered all our questions and was very friendly and responsive to our needs, the Hyundai kona was better than we anticipated and perform beautifully on the road, and the warranty you can't beat it. We are so happy we chose to purchase this car and am very impress that we came to this dealership
