onI knew what car I wanted when I went in. I wanted a 24 Trax. Cade brought in a personally owned vehicle for me to test drive as they had none on the lot. I came in prior to my appointment time and he set us up with David Burke. I was shocked that Cade was not only willing to, but happy to split a potential sale so that we didn’t have to wait. Cade personally delivered my vehicle to my house once it was in stock, even doing so after his shift should have ended as the service department wasn’t done with it prior. Even though it was late in the evening, Cade offered to walk me through anything I needed in regards to the car at drop off. He didn’t try to drop it and run, like I might have knowing I was working well past the end of my shift. The finance guy whose name escapes me was also great. Told us what we needed and what we didn’t. I even joked at my age being written on the paperwork, saying I hadn’t seen my age on paper since my birthday. He scribbled it out and said “we don’t need to put that there” as a joke, and then wished me a belated happy birthday. It was a great sales experience and I am very happy with my new car!

onI had a great experience purchasing my new Silverado here. They were able to locate the exact truck that I was looking for and my salesman David B. was awesome. His level of communication was perfect and I never felt pressured. The sales manager Justin was easy to work with and informative as well. All around good experience buying my new truck.

onWe went to about 9 different dealerships trying to make a good fair trade in on our old suburban (2018) for a new 2024 Suburban. We FINALLY found a place willing to work with us and give us a fair value for our trade in and not gouge us on the final price of the new suburban. Clint at AutoNation Chevy Gilbert was so fast and gave us everything we asked for in trade for the new suburban. He ensured we had the suburban on hold for us as a diesel suburban is somewhat difficult to obtain on any sale lot. We would highly recommend Clint at auto nation Gilbert over any other Chevy dealership around.

Sales excellent - Automatic phone service sucks

onSales experience was excellent. Sales person (Clint) knew his product and was very helpful. Three days after purchase we tried to contact finance department about a question. Automatic phone service rang and rang and rang and no one answered. We tried for 3-1/2 hours before we contacted sales and had them connect with the finance department.....just to get a question answered. Very unprofessional phone system.

Great no pressure experience

onI had the pleasure of dealing with Zack (sales) and Daniel (finance) with the purchase of my used Ram truck. Both where very professional and courteous. The best part is I did most of my communication with Zack via E mail or text. When I came in to test drive there was never any sales pressure. When I decided to purchase again never any pressure and got the price that was listed. Daniel was very understanding that all I had any intrest in was the extended warranty and nothing else and did not put pressure and did just let me know about other options available. He also was able to bring my interest rate down an entire percent from what was originally quoted. My experience with this dealership was amazing and would definitely buy from here again.

onIt has been weeks and they still have not even looked at my truck yet. When I call nobody ever answers the phone. I have left messages and I have never received a call back. Very poor communication

onCayden made car buying as enjoyable as car buying could possibly be! To start, and the best part in my opinion, he wasn't pushy! He was friendly and helpful, and when it came down to the actual purchasing part of our visit, I was blown away! They listened to us, were honest about what they could/couldn't do, didn't try to upsell with things we didn't want or need, and the # we agreed to on the sales floor was actually the # we signed for in finance!! That has NEVER happened to us before. The quality service & respect we were shown during our purchase was top notch!!

Bad service.

onI called my service advisor. They said it would be about a week till they could get to it. So I brought it in the next week. Three weeks later I was able to pick it up. It was a simple sensor that took a few hours to replace. I had to pay $600 in rental car. The service advisors just kept telling me lies.

Great service

onAll work was performed was completed on time and in a professional manner. The only issue I had dealt with the wait for diagnosis. But, seems to be an issue of not enough mechanics to go around. I couldn't get either of the Chevrolet dealers here in Tucson to even look at the car as they were "too busy" to conduct diagnosis or didn't "do transmission work". Turns out, the issue was broken motor mounts and not the transmission. GM corporate needs to address the wait time issue at their dealerships (more mechanics to handle workload). This issue may impact their customer's future purchase decisions.

Dealer Damage to Vehicle

onOur service rep Ivan has been helpful but overall very dissatisfied with the experience we’ve had with my daughter’s car. Vehicle was brought in for a very simple sensor repair (particulate matter sensor in exhaust). What should have been an hour repair has now turned into a multiple week affair. While removing the sensor the tech accidentally damaged the exhaust pipe of the vehicle. Chevy did well and came clean but the OEM part is on back order with no ETA. A temporary fix was attempted with a new pipe they had to machine new ports into so the car can drive however it is still flagging check engine light and emissions warnings. My daughter is understandably very leery to continue driving this car but at 19yrs old is too young to rent another one. I have now emailed the General Manager (Dustin) on 11/24 to see about potentially trading in her vehicle and if he could help facilitate us to a sales manager who can give her a fair deal after all this mess but no response yet. I will likely have to go back into the dealership to get anyone’s attention and hopefully receive some form of meaningful offer or discounts to account for her (and our) time, money, and frustration for damage and supply chain issues caused by Chevy.

Less than impressed

onWent into AutoNation Chevrolet for a routine oil change service appointment. While my appointment was at 7am, did not talk to a service advisor until after 730. Told the service advisor that I had a nail in the driver side front tire which I wanted to get fixed in addition to my scheduled oil change. Waited for service to be done and when reviewing work done, did not see anything about fixing the tire. The service advisor said the tech found no nails in any tire. I told him I had personally seen the nail, so please take it back and fix it while I was there. After 30plus more minutes he came back to me and said the tech could not find anything. So I asked for my keys and left. Today I am having to make a separate trip to discount tire to plug the leak and nail which I can still see. I will not be going back to AutoNation Chevy as how can I trust their techs to actually fix a complicated problem when they can't even find a nail in a tire.
