onMy husband and I purchased a Lexus NX from Samantha Terry in July. Samantha is pleasant, knowledgeable, and friendly. Samantha gave me a price quote within 15 minutes on the NX I test drove. Other dealerships wasted over an hour of my time before quoting a price (a higher price). I am happy that we purchased our new NX from Samantha.

The Lexus team are the best in the business with top tier customer service including Gregory Nicholay (Sr. Sales Rep), Ed (sales manager), and Leon Rios (finance manager), as well as Alan Rogers (Service Consultant). The process is smooth, timely, and it is always a pleasure working with Lexus of Chandler as they make the car buying experience one that you will remember for not only for future purchases, but as well as for the purchase of your family and friends. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

onWent in over 2 weeks ago to leave a 2017 Lexus RX. They transferred a car from another dealership. Went in to pick it up when the salesman called to say it was ready. From then on, it has been a NIGHTMARE dealing with this dealership. Finance manager had me wait over an hour until his printer was operable. Called the GM for assistance. To date never heard from him. There was a refund due to me since I traded in a car- waited 9 days together my refund. Today, after 2 weeks, I called to see where the proper registration and license plate sticker was- person told me that she JUST received the paperwork and she will process it this week. DEFINATELY, go to any other Lexus dealership before this one!!!! JUST A MESS!
Help with our Navigation System

onWe have had a Navigation system in our Lexus for about a year, but never have used it. Being senior citizens we were hesitant in learning but decided to call the dealership and asked if we could get some basic instructions. Gene Penna was so patient and really took the time to give us an understanding of how the Navigation system works. He is a great teacher and we were so thankful for his time and knowledge. We can't thank him enough for all of his help.

onThis was the best car buying experience I've ever had in the 20 years I've been doing this. Trstan Tolley was pleasant to work with and Gene Penna was great, also. Apart from that, they've got a great selection of cars at very competitive prices. I flew in from El Paso just because they wanted my business more than the local delear and came otut ahead in price by buying here. I'll be coming back again.

A Very Disappointing Experience

onA very disappointing and offensive experience. Drove to Chandler from Surprise to see a 2007 Lexus RX 350. Mike, the salesman was very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. He told my husband that he was going to have the truck cleaned and will call when ready. When we can back, he made us wait for him outside the parking lot because he was in the middle of finishing up something. Then, told us "Do you want to drive the car or not?" Is this the attitude and demeanor that a PROFESSIONAL person should have? One would wonder if he treats his customers this way all the time or is he just being "selective"? There is NO place for somebody like this to work in Sales! We maybe "just ONE possible buyer out there" but everybody needs to be treated with RESPECT AND COURTESY no matter what!

onThis dealership provides A+ service, I'd highly recommend them if purchasing or leasing a new vehicle. All the Staff especially our Sales Rep Brian M were very helpful. They presented multiple options and were not at all pushy, we're very happy with our decision. Brian made sure we were attended to throughout the entire transaction including follow up. They even followed me home in my old car so that I didn't have to worry about getting it home later. Never have I felt better about buying a vehicle, thank you to Lexus of Chandler for coming through big!

onI purchased my Husband his beautiful IS 350 F Sport for Christmas. Our sales associate Kelly L was amazing... She was able to help keep the surprise from my husband all the while helping me get thru the process without him knowing. The Finance Manager Bernie is great too and also had a hand in all the fun. This is one of the best dealerships I have had the pleasure of working with. Kelly was no pressure, gave the facts, knew her cars and worked fast and efficiently. onAVOID THIS DEALER. Again, AVOID THIS DEALER. I purchased a late-model pre-owned luxury sedan with low miles. But if you think it was from a respectable & reputable dealership, GUESS AGAIN. My understanding was the vehicle Id purchased had NO issues whatsoever. NONE. However, once I drive the car off the lot & get it back home, what do I discover? DAMAGE. Plain and simple there is DAMAGE. On the underside of the front bumper. Its all cracked and sagging and WRECKED. Before I bought it, NO, I did NOT get down on the ground on all 4s to try & shimmy & wedge myself underneath the vehicle to inspect for structural damage. Is that what you NEED to do before you buy a used car at Lexus of Chandler?!? I mean, isnt THAT kind of deceptive & unethical [non-permissible content removed] that happens down on the used car lots on Van Buren Street or on Main Street in Mesa??? Is THAT the kind of dealership Lexus of Chandler is?!? In a word, YES. Because at Lexus of Chandler, I was sold a used vehicle that the general public would all agree was DAMAGED. Furthermore, it turns out that the dealer knew ALL about this damage, but deliberately neglected to inform ME about. Thus, once I discovered the truth, my first day of ownership was NOT spent joy-riding around or otherwise showing off my new purchase. Instead, I went to COLLISION CENTERS to get estimates to repair the DAMAGE for parts, paints, & labor. For example, Lexus of Chandler itself uses the Penske Collision Center in South Scottsdale. Penske estimated the repair for the DAMAGE to my vehicle at over 2 THOUSAND dollars. Thats 2 GRAND. Who wants to buy a used car for $20K only to find out that on top of all other expenses, there is an additional $2K or 10% of the purchase price -- awaiting to be spent to repair secret DAMAGE?!? My car was NOT sold to me as a fixer-upper. It was NOT sold to me as mechanics special. It was NOT sold to me as a vehicle requiring any TLC. It was sold to me as a whole and totally complete vehicle in need of NOTHING. Thus I took the car back to Lexus of Chandler and informed the sales team of this. The first to deal with me was my actual salesman. I say deal with me because by this time, though, I didnt feel at ALL welcome at Lexus of Chandler I felt like Lexus of Chandler just wanted me to get off their lot -- & STAY off & not bother them with my problems. Thus it came as no surprise when my original salesman ended up SHOUTING at me outside in front of the showroom that Lexus of Chandler would NOT replace the damaged bumper. The salesman SHOUTED over & over & OVER again that Lexus of Chandler would NOT replace the front bumper. Like, WTF should Lexus of Chandler expect customers to stand outside in front of the show room and have their salesman SHOUT at them?!? UNREAL. Accordingly, I had no choice but to take this drama INSIDE -- into the showroom -- where sales director Bernie W was located. Mr. W admitted YES, he knew all about the vehicles condition prior to sale. But he insisted the damage was merely cosmetic. However, when I further pressed Mr. Wahl as to why this two-thousand dollars worth of cosmetic damage had not been repaired prior to offering the vehicle for sale, Mr. W basically stated the cost of the repair would have priced the vehicle outside of the profit margin desired by Lexus of Chandler. My, my, my -- isnt THAT a pretty pathetic picture? Moral of the story: AVOID THIS DEALER. Who needs the deception?!? Who needs the drama?!? Who needs the DAMAGE?!? AVOID. THIS. DEALER. onI have dealt with many automobile dealerships throughout the past forty years, but none have been as impressive as Lexus of Chandler. My sales associate, Kelly L, was courteous, professional and not the high pressure type of sales person we usually encounter at dealerships. Her follow through with me was prompt and informative. My meeting with the dealership's business manager was brief and expedient. The dealership's manager was friendly and accommodating. After researching vehicle prices in several states for several months, I was thoroughly satisfied with what I paid for my pre-driven vehicle. Finally, the dealership's contact with me after the sale made me feel I definitely made the right choice doing business with them. I would highly recommend Lexus of Chandler!

onTo those who are looking to buy a fabulous, high quality luxury car, new or pre- owned, you need to go to Lexus of Chandler. I recently bought a Certified Pre-Owned Lexus IS 350 from these wonderful ladies and gentlemen. My car buying experience has changed ever since! I have never been treated so kindly at a car dealership before and they are not your typical high pressured salesmen. They don't treat you differently just because you are young or old, or what you show up wearing. They are very consistent about their professionalism and ask you what you are looking for, what your budget is and what they can do for you. I can personally say that I have been to all the Lexus dealerships here in Phoenix and Tucson looking for the perfect car, and this was the only dealership that did not look down on me because I wasn't buying brand new, (keep in mind, for those that treated me terribly at the other car dealerships, I still payed $30,000 for a "used" car when I could have bought a brand new one somewhere else). I personally was taken care of by Mark P, who was very nice, easy to talk to, and really helped me get what I wanted. Mark was never pushy, condescending when I asked him questions and was always a pleasure to work with. Mark was also extremely patient with me and helped me understand all the details of my contract. He never once made me feel uncomfortable. The director of sales, Bernie W was also pleasant and thanks to him as well, I was able to purchase my Lexus. I highly recommend coming here if you are interested in owning one because they really are superior cars compared to what is out there. I use to own an Infiniti, and it cannot be put on the same playing field as a Lexus. In addition, the customer service here is fantastic and I would ask for Mark P to help you with your car buying needs. Even after my deal went down, he still was there for me when I had any questions or concerns!! I never once felt pushed off or ignored. I would also request to work with Robert J in services if you buy a car here. He is efficient and makes things go very smoothy as far as getting in and out of there for services. I normally do not write reviews often, but these guys at Lexus of Chandler have really impressed me as far as customer service goes. It's beyond excellent and outstanding!! I spoke with Shannon about the vehicle we wanted, RX 350 and the packages we wanted included. It was seemless, they are up front on their pricing, and appreciate returning customers. When we took delivery of the vehicle, Eric was very generous with his time, and provided a very comprehensive review of the vehicle and all the bells and whistles to my wife. We feel valued, and appreciated at this dealership, and have great trust in Dax in the service department.

onAfter having a bad experience at another Lexus dealership I was advised by a friend to visit Lexus of Chandler. I must admit my bad experience made me a little skeptical of Lexus. From the minute I walked into Lexus of Chandler I was treated to "Customer Service at it's Best". Diana, Christina, Raad, and Bernie made purchasing a new car a good experience. I am no longer skeptical about Lexus and am so happy with my new car. I will recommend Lexus of Chandler to my friends and family.

onThe experience my wife and I received at Lexus of Chandler was superb. Myself having sold new cars for many years in NYC, I have seen all kinds. I was armed with my "Normal People Scare Me", Tee shirt. From the moment we walked in the door I felt a sense of quality, not the vehicles but the building, decor and the way the salesperson greeted us. Lee, our salesperson made us feel like he was not there to sell us a vehicle but to assist us with any questions that we may have. Lee was very professional from beginning to end. Our salesperson, Lee even offered us information that saved us quite a bit and we would not have utilized that information because we didn't know about it. Unlike many other dealerships, the showroom floor is expansive and pristine. Complementary snacks and beverages, plenty of different areas to sit, relax, eat and/or watch TV. Everyone whom we came in contact with was very pleasant and accommodating. Even the finance manager was pleasant, even though I could tell that he was not too pleased that we didn't add anything to the vehicle beyond what was already added. I can understand, since that is the way he earns his pay. He was very nice and pleasant to deal with anyways. The whole process was around 3 hours, from test drive to the drive away with our new Lexus. Lexus of Chandler delivers your new vehicle in a very nice delivery area, each separated with privacy panels. In the delivery area there are chairs and a table, (if you have extra guests with you), The vehicle was explained to us in this nice "garage" area. Upon leaving, we were impressed and left with a wonderful feeling that we had been treated fairly. We are impressed with Lexus and we were impressed by Lexus of Chandler and would recommend to friends and family. We were so satisfied that I told my wife I could work here, for 2 reasons, I could feel the honesty and Lexus/Toyota is a brand that I believe in and I will not sell anything that I don't believe in or would not buy myself.
