Third appointment for same issue. Didn’t do recall, 4 repairs in 9 months

Had the car for 8 days and ignored the paint peeling repair I asked for. Recall wasn’t done and instead gm will be sending a $25 check in place of the promised usb ports. Not satisfied at all. I have to schedule another appointment to get the paint repaired. This will be the third time for the same issue.

Earnhardt team crushes it!

I’ve had an all around wonderful experience with this dealership! The desk manager Flo was involved with finalizing a deal and was beyond gracious and kind - the entire sales team was courteous and helpful from start to finish! There were a few issues with our new Tahoe and I let them know immediately following the sale, so they set us up with Rick in service, who was on the ball in helping getting all of the issues resolved and taken care of. We’re still finishing up a few items in the weeks to come but I am so grateful for the (continuous) GREAT level of service. You don’t typically get that with all parts of a dealership. Wonderful team in place at Earnhardt

Very disappointing visit

I made an appointment while the dealership was still Thorobred Chevrolet for recall work, but when I showed up for my appointment, the dealership had been sold, was now Earnhardt Chevrolet and the person with whom I made my recall appointment had been terminated earlier in the day. Although I drove it there, the car wouldn't start and I was advised by my service advisor (L. Henderson) that the car alarm would have to be removed at a cost of one hour of labor ($127) to solve the problem. Alarm was removed and it didn't resolve the issue - as a matter of fact, after Ubering to the dealership because I was told the car was fixed, I was handed the keys after paying and told "Don't be surprised if your car won't start again after you turn it off." Sure enough, right there at Earnhardt Chevrolet, the car wouldn't restart. Only after another additional $246 spent and another day at the service department was the problem rectified. I spoke with service manager Robert who refused to refund the labor paid for the needless removal of the car alarm; he refused citing "Murphy's Law". Was told "I'd like to offer you a car wash, but it's broken - sorry." Was not offered a courtesy shuttle home, so had to pay for car service, including to the dealership to pick up a car that wasn't even fixed (and then back home again and again the next day). No follow up customer survey or feedback requested - perhaps now I understand why. And the alarm, which was supposedly removed, still goes off when you put the key in the lock. Very disappointing, especially since I am new to the area and had Chevrolet recommend this location. Does not feel like adequate customer service.
