My experience at Jones Ford in Verde Valley was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. The people were great. I delt with Bryant, the sales person, Tyler the sales manager, Parker the general manager and Paul the finance person. They were all informative and honest. I defiantly recommend Jones Ford in Verde Valley.

an Equi-pro theft deterrent system despite clearly stating at the point of sale I did not want it! Sales rep and finance manager both said it was not an option to decline it. Later when I read the fine print of the Equi-pro contract at home I learned that I could cancel the Equi-pro contract and did so. However I will not be getting back my $349.00 directly. The finance manager Dave said that eventually it will be credited to my loan with PNC bank somewhere down the road because my Equi-pro was bought with borrowed funds. I asked him why the purchase wasn't considered part of my $7700.00 cash down payment. He never answered this question. So while I am recommending the dealership overall, beware of their "add ons".

Vibration Diagnosed as a Broken Axle

From the time I dropped off my car to getting it back, I was informed of progress and always treated with kindness. After making the initial repair, it was found that another repair was needed and they just did it, knowing that the car would not be safe without doing it. Much thanks to everyone involved!

Good Vehicle Purchase Experience

Our salesman Larry answered all our questions and disclosed a couple of potential issues with the used vehicle we were looking at. I appreciated that. The Sales Manager and Finance Director moved through all of the paperwork involved in purchasing a vehicle these days as quickly as could be reasonably expected. Vehicle was clean, gassed up and ready to go when all of the paperwork was done.
