I moved to Alaska from the Lower 48 and was in communication with Jorge for over a month before my arrival. Had been looking in been looking in Anchorage for several weeks for a Ram Laramie 2500, no luck, no 6.4 gas ones at all. I live in Homer, so on way by Soldotna Kendal I stopped in. They had several, two were exactly what I wanted, once wife landed on color we were done. Worked with Kevin, & Mike both were great. Felt price was very fare. Great place no pressure. I will go back!

I purchased a 2014 pre-owned Jeep Wrangler online from Michael Gardner as my salesman. I gave him a pretty broad description of any kind of vehicle matching my needs and he sent me many options. I was stuck on the Jeep though and he convinced me it would be the best option. I finally got the Jeep up to Nome, Alaska after it was barged up and it looks fantastic. It has a nice touch screen with Bluetooth my only specific request, and with a ton of extras like the tow hitch, roof rack, 10 ply tires, a nice off road spare tire, and good floor mats inside. Overall I was impressed by the whole process and to me, the best part, was being able to do almost everything through text messages and email! I work the night shift and it's very hard for me to balance my life and run all my 'errands' in the actual day time. Michael had speedy replies when I would contact him and I really appreciated that. Please let your salesman, if he still is there that he did a great job! I am looking forward to the Winter with my Jeep from Kendall!

We took are 3500 Ram to have 100000 mile check and have them do a front end alignment and complete service minus what I had done (Oil change fuel filter change) front end service completed and air filter was cleaned and returned to vehicle. The carrier bearing was ordered along with a thermostat. I made several calls and was not able to have much luck contacting the service department. I called that day to arrange for me to pick the pickup up and the service assoc. said that he would call back. I never received a call, so, I finally went to the dealership to retrieve my pickup that was parked in the back lot. The items listed above were on order and we are still waiting for a call back. It was explained to me that their parts person was out and that they were short handed and also running short shifted on the service end also. I am very reluctant to take a vehicle there again until they can call their customers back. This is basic service these guys need to get it together. If they were going to keep the pickup for 2 weeks just to park it there back lot they should have just called us to get the pickup and call us when the parts came in. DUH I paid $65000 to have that pickup I'll be darn if I want it just sitting at there parking lot gathering snow.
