Only reason I gave it one star is because I couldn't go any lower. I was considering trading in my present truck on a year newer. They gave me a bid of $4,000 below low book trade in. I talked to the salesman I was dealing with and made a counter offer.I had to leave for a appointment and ask him to call me. I waited several days and no one called back. When i called him he said he would check with the manager again and call me. Once again he never called back. I texted him and received no reply. Finally I said to heck with it. About a month later the truck was still on the lot. I decided to try another salesman. We agreed on prices for the new truck and the trade-in. We also had their mechanic look at options for swapping over some of the vehicle equipment that I wished to retain from my old truck. We agreed that I would be in the next morning to sign the paperwork to complete the sale and swap the equipment. I called him the next morning and he told me that someone else sold the truck that I had agreed to buy. I figured he would have taken the truck off the sale lot when I left the night before.Most reputable places pull a vehicle off the selling lot when they are in the middle of a sale. I think what really upset me was that he didn't call me and let me know the truck was sold or even apologize.
