onCar is good. Check engine light came on a week later but that's to be expected, had the 60day/3000mile warranty but it's an "emissions issue" which is not covered under warranty. Easy fix just sucks. Dealer was good, sales man Isaiah was awesome, they stayed late so I could take the car home that night.

onMatt R was our salesman. Run, don't walk to Matt if you need to buy a vehicle. He is over the top in customer service. Very knowledgeable, low pressure, and made us a great deal. We've never had a better car-buying experience. Go Matt!!

onI did a great deal of research before purchasing my vehicle and made a point to even test drive other vehicles just to be sure. After comparing my experiences with other brands and other Jeeps dealers, I found my experience to be pleasant. My husband and I were helped by a guy named Nicholas H who was young and perhaps less experienced which may seem like a bad thing but actually proved to make the whole experience more comfortable. He did know the product and gave us helpful honest answers. I never felt intimidated or pressured at all. Unlike some other dealer like Worthington Ford dealer where they swarmed us like flies and once one of them caught us he fulfilled every bad sleazy car salesman stereo type you can imagine. I didn't get everything on my wish list but I'm still very happy with the vehicle so far. I have also had other friends who have purchased vehicles from them and also had a positive review. My husband is soon to be looking for a vehicle and I'm sure we will be back there again.

onWe bought our new Jeep Patriot from out of town and flew to Anchorage to pick it up. Chad V was great, picked us up at the airport and made us feel right at home. Much better experience then other vehicles I have bought in the past. If I were in the market for another car I would definitely deal with Lithia of South Anchorage again and Chad would be who I would want to make the deal through.

onthis is our second time dealing with Lithia and i have to say the experience keeps getting better. I bought a 96 trans am from there Anchorage dealership after i saw the car online. I emailed about the car and the next day i received a response (from on of the general mangers i believe) that directed me to a Chad V (one of the internet sales reps) i gotta say, i never thought buying a car from 300 miles away over the phone would be so easy. we did all the paper work over the phone and the next day they had the paper work sent too me to sign in fairbanks, i sent it back and it was all done (even had shipping arrangements to get my new car too me). all in all a good first internet buy experience thanks to there sales staff.

I don't trust them

onI wanted to special order a Jeep and, as I purchased my current Jeep from them, I decided to give them the first shot at selling me a new one. Over the period of approximately one month I received a lot of help in figuring out the options I wanted and the best way to order them. The salesmen were patient and helpful during this process. But when it came to asking for prices I was, first shown inflated "dealer costs" on options (I know this because I did a LOT of research) then, when I gave a price I was willing to pay for the vehicle ($500 over the TRUE dealer cost, which included discounting the factory holdback from the "Dealer Invoice", I was told that they would not discount the holdback; that even employees had to pay it. I know this was a lie because I had previously been sent a work sheet that showed Friends and Family price and Employee Price as well as holdback. These prices DID discount the holdback, and, in fact, the employee price was below dealer invoice less holdback. I do not like being lied to; if they were honest and just told me the true cost (which I had) and what they wanted for profit, I would have bought the car from them. I told them this at the outset but, they did not respect me as an informed consumer.
