Real People, Very Pleasant, and Oh the Car!!!

After spending half a day with another high-end dealership, and coming away feeling uncomfortable with the car we looked at there, this dealer was EXACTLY what we wanted. Richard, the sales manager is a very "real" fellow. Not pretentious, not judgmental, and most importantly, he and our salesperson Gary, didn't try to label us or play to what he perceived as our egos. Gary just introduced us to the cars we were interested in without any pressure. He was readily willing to look at various options, and was at all times absolutely genuine. We're looking forward to picking-up Birmingham's newest S60 R-Design in the morning! Thanks Royal Volvo!!

As a frequent car trader I was caught off guard by the easy, pleasant experience I had at Royal Automotive purchasing my Volvo S60. No high pressure selling. WAY better than my experiences at Tom Williams BMW/ Lexus and they offered me WAY more for my BMW trade in.
