onSTOP. For anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from here, let me do you a tremendous favor, and STOP RIGHT NOW. DO NOT DO IT. Attached is all the information you guys need. Unfortunately, these is a real and true horror story. On 1/12/2016, I purchased a pre-owned 2012 audi s5 from them for $25,000. The entire time, Abraham, the salesman, was repeatedly informing me that this vehicle was clean, no major accidents or issues. I used to work at a dealership so I know what to ask for. The moment I received the vehicle, since it was shipped me , it became very evident that I was a victim of the sleaziest and the most unethical sales tactics (also known as LYING). Here is the breakdown of what happened. I reached out to Mercedes Benz of Huntsville, to let them know about the issue. All I wanted was a refund and for them to take the vehicle back.Byron the manager dodged me for over 2 weeks, as did the salesman who sold me the vehicle. 1. The vehicle has been in a major accident on the entire passenger side with a terrible paint job done. 2. Upon further inspection, after immediately noticing the bad job done, I took the vehicle to Audi. Turns out the entire passenger side of the vehicle is RUSTED that is "cancerous" to the vehicle (Damage repair estimate is $6500 from which may not fix the problem, according to AUDI) 3. The vehicle has STRUCTURAL DAMAGE., which has tremendously reduced the value of the vehicle. The vehicle is estimated to be worth maximum $15,000, according to Carmax. I have attached the proof of that as well. They all knew this vehicle had these problems, and chose to misinform me. I was repeatedly lied to and told this vehicle had 0 prior accidents, in perfect condition, and the only flaws it has were the rock chips on the hood. [contact info removed]. 1. onI bought a very nice used car (53k) car from the dealership. I am two hours away. They would only hold the car if I wired the money. I received no paperwork. They only would let the salesman tell me to wire dollars to this number. I received no paperwork. They could not verify the amount with paperwork. The next day at signing the amount was wrong. I thought I had two keys but they refused to provide a second key. I would never buy from these people again.

Great first time experience

onPurchasing our first Mercedes-Benz was such an awesome, stress-free experience. Most likely the easiest car buying experience that I have ever had. Tonarius was informative on every car looked at, he was patient, not pushy, stayed after his scheduled time off and was there the following day bright and early prepared for us to make our purchase. We felt comfortable and pushed into anything that we did not want without full details. Also, Scott the financial manager who assisted us was friendly and made the process seamless, we could tell he was very knowledgeable in his area of expertise. Mercedes-Benz Huntsville has an excellent staff and we will continue to do business with them in the future.

unbelievable

onDidn't buy from this dealer, tried twice to get sales help, all sale people would pas me to another saleman. After waiting a few hours lost patience. Told the first associate I was running out of time, he said if I could just wait a couple hours he would be with me, I said no, there is a jaguar dealer very close, he said ok. Never seen anything like it. Found a professional dealer in Nashville, More than happy to sell me a Mercedes

The Grinch that Stole my Used Car

onOn Saturday the 19th, I immensely enjoyed the Holiday Carolers while visiting the Mercedes-Benz Location Huntsville, AL. The Huntsville showroom is a beautiful glass and steel building located in the parking lot of that big Nissan dealership on University Drive. When I approached the showroom, a gentleman riding on a golf cart intercepted me. I advised the cart driver that I was there to meet with Nelson and he informed me that Nelson was busy and directed me to wait inside the showroom lobby where someone would help me. Once inside, I had the awesome opportunity to enjoy four (4) or five (5) traditional Christmas selections from the wonderful carolers while waiting for someone to assist me in the beautifully decorated lobby. It was truly a Mercedes-Benz level of experience. Plus a fifteen minute wait. After a few musical selections, Sale Consultant Dan Dailey appeared and provided some wonderful assistance. Unfortunately, that would be the end of my wonderful Mercedes-Benz experience. I told Dan that I was there to see a 2009 pre-owned BMW 328i which I had inquired about and had traveled there to see and potentially purchase. With a few keyboard clicks, Dan quickly retrieved the details of the 2009 BMW. I confirmed the image displayed on his computer screen was indeed the vehicle I sought. Dan stepped away to check availability and returned within minutes to inform me that the 2009 BMW had been sold several days ago. I challenged Dan with the image of the vehicle from my mobile phone from the dealership website. Dan stated that the website was sadly not kept current. This was troubling to me as I had sent an electronic inquiry about the vehicle on Sunday the 13th. Someone from the dealership phoned me on Tuesday the 15 th and I set up an appointment to see the vehicle and meet Nelson on Saturday the 19th. On Saturday morning Tiffany called me with a pleasant reminder of my appointment with Nelson and confirmed that the vehicle was available. If Dan was able to find out that the vehicle was sold, why wasnt Tiffany aware? And even if Tiffany became aware later, why didnt someone call to cancel the appointment? I drove over an hour to see a vehicle that was never available. My experience is truly not reflective of the level of customer service one would associate with the Mercedes-Benz name plate.
