Third and final straw! I will ever go back here

First bad experience was my abs module, I took it in had it checked out. They told me it's a faulty abs module and I needed to buy a new one witch they rated me a few thousand dollars for when in fact the code just needed to be reset, second time my axle broke and went threw my transmission. Took it back because it is still under warranty, they said it damaged the clutch but said that the flywheel was damaged due to normal ware and tear witch they would not replace. Third and final straw they put a new transmission and clutch in less then 300miles later the clutch goes out and they said it's normal ware and tear and I have to pay for it!!! I drove across the country in this car, I have 44,000miles on the car! These people are a joke and are trying to rip people off. I wouldn't even give them half a star if it would let me!

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!

I had extremely BAD i could even say shitty experience with this dealer. here is the story. i found a car which i was looking for at this dealership called them and pays the deposit to reserve the car!!! i was insured by the sales man Tairon Payne that the car in a PERFECT condition and it was passed through "1500" POINT INSPECTION!!! I am out off state buyer so i have to travel 4 hours one way. When i came to the dealership i found that another customer waiting to test drive MY RESERVED CAR WHICH SHOULD BE RESERVED ALL DAY LONG FOR ME!!! After test driving i found that in THE PERFECT CAR front brakes are gone and rear shocks (adaptive suspension 1000$ each) are licking ( and their MECHANIC "Justin" confirm it in front of me and the sales man) so total repair cost approximately 3000$ and a car i would like to purchase 25000$. I would start asking for the negotiations in a price or fixing the problem. The answer was from [non-permissible content removed] manager who is not even showed up for conversation " we can't sell you this car because it's not safe" BUT AT THE NEXT OFFICE THE CUSTOMER WHO CAME THE SAME DAY TO TEST DRIVE MY RESERVED CAR FILLED UP THE APPLICATION FOR FINANCE. So basically they told me " [non-permissible content removed] we gonna sell this car for our backup STUPID customer who doesn't understand nothing in cars and want notice any problems". I DO NOT WISH NOBODY EXPERIENCE WHICH I HAD AND HOPE MY STORY WILL HELP THE FUTURE CUSTOMERS BE WARY CAREFUL WITH THEM AND DO YOUR OWN INSPECTION BEFORE MAKE ANY DECISION TO BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!!

Awesome experience at Hiley VW of Huntsville

The guys were so professional while buying our used Equinox! We had been shopping for over a month dealer after dealer being treated awful. Ty, Melvin, Reggie & David made the process so easy. They didn't treat us like another number. I highly recommend & will not shop anywhere else in future!

Customer Satisfaction is NOT their goal!

The used car manager from this dealer, Melvin S., does not care about Customer Satisfaction. He blamed other people working under him for the problem and refused to work with me to make up for the set of new tires and brakes that the dealer originally said have been put on my vehicle. It turned out that non of that services has been done to the vehicle. Mr. Melvin S. said he did not tell me that the tires and brakes are new on my vehicle, therefore he has no responsibility, and left me sitting with the salesman, who later offered part of his own paycheck to help close the deal. Shame on a company that keeps a manager like Melvin S.!

Huntsville Audi Dealership

I have owned 3 cars from this dealership, and recently totaled my Audi 2010 A4. I called my sales associate, Matt Kosmowski within 24 hrs of my accident. Matt quickly offered to go to my car and take out all of my personnel belongings and make sure my adjustment for my car was being taken care of. Giving me the best possible price for my car that had been totaled. Then Matt had taken the time to look for the same exact car as I had owned and was un able to find it in the State of Alabama. Matt then had to take a more in depth look and had to go outside the state. My insurance pay out was done in less then 2 weeks and Matt had made sure my care new car was there in a timely manner. I received the same car with a little more "fun stuff". From walking in the door until I left not only was Matt instrumental in getting my car, the staff was helpful also. When it came to financing the care, Larry was quick to point out to the loan holder that my car was in an accident and had to be replaced and forwarded the information needed to get my car. My numbers on the new car were adjusted to my satisfaction and had no problems in dealing withAdam. So overall my experience was a pleasure as it had been in the past. Thanks Audi!

Problem solved

In all fairness to the dealership I wanted to say that I received a telephone call from Matt Meyer at Hiley. His words to me were, "Instead of getting defensive, I should have just fixed the car!" His acknowledgement that there was something wrong with the car was all I needed to hear. I knew at that point that they were understanding of what was going on and would do what they could to help me. I continued to fight with VW corporate about the condition of the car and after 5 months VW agreed to buy the vehicle back. Stan and Matt were very helpful with the return of the car and made it a very simple thing to do. After everything that had happened I was ready to give Hiley another chance. Today I am driving a beautiful Mazda 6 which I purchased from Hiley Cars. No problems and they went above and beyond what anyone could ever expect from a car dealership. Would I recommend this dealership, yes!
