Outstanding Sales Service

My experience with this dealer from start to finish was excellent. They have enough sales staff to deal with many customers at once. Everyone in the dealership was courteous and made sure I was being taken care of. I was offered the opportunity to take the car for several hours and see what it was like for my aily use. After the sale, the salesman reviewed the features of the car with me before I left. He also explained the electronic subscription items and pointed out which I should not buy. I was introduced to the service staff and had the appointment scheduling and drop box procedures explained to me.

Buyer Beware

BUYER BEWARE. Please make sure you understand ALL about the warranty on a new Hyundai. Please don't let happen to you what happened to me. Bought a new Elantra Limited. Had approximately 12k miles on it. Right front tire got a knot, tennis ball size, on the sidewall. Went to Bentley Hyundai to see if there was any warranty on tire. Was told that unless I bought extended warranty for tires that there was NO warranty on the tires. Okay I thought how much is new tire? Looked online and the price was approx. $170. I ask if there could be any kind of discount and was told no. I have purchased several new cars over the years and have had this kind of issue before. Once the dealer replaced tire free, twice the dealers pro rated the tires. Bentley refused to do anything other than cover the labor to put on a new tire. I understand that Bentley did all the warranties said they were obligated to but I was very disapointed that they felt my business was not worth an effort to work with me. At the time of this writing Bentley's slogan is "Treat People Right and They'll Come Back". Good slogan, very poor execution, just words with no commitment.

I had a good sale but afterwards a few issues with my used car paperwork and having to bring my brand new car back for a few minor repairs.
