I had the best car buying experience I have ever had , the two young men (Jacob & "D") treated me with respect and made me feel like I was the only customer in the building. I purchased a 2008 Toyota Highlander. The vehicle is very clean and so far I am liking it. I had ssome special circumstances that caused more work on behalf of your team. They stepped up and got it taken care of. Jacob Flanagan and Christy were very helpful and went over and beyond to help me. Two things about the car that I had a little disappointment with. One- I thought it had a 3rd seating and they were just folded down in the pictures. Two-One of the remotes does not work even with a new battery. Just a little bummed over that but all in all a very good experience.

I recently purchased a new F150 from Ronnie Watkins Ford. This is my second truck to purchase from this dealer and the main reason is the people. Specifically, my salesperson Danny Hancock. While the entire staff are friendly and ready to assist, Danny goes the extra mile. Danny was my salesperson before, this time, and will be on our next purchase! He is very knowledgable and will work hard to not just earn your business, but keep it. I've purchased several vehicles in the past, but I can honestly say I've never experienced a dealership and a salesperson as genuine and authentic as Ronnie Watkins Ford and Danny Hancock.

I am so appreciative for the wonderful service from Ronnie Watkins Ford. They were able to not only find me a car with all of the specs that I wanted, it was a great deal! They worked with me from out of town and were quick to contact me about any and all car matters. D was my salesman and he made sure to keep me informed about every little detail. I also want to say a huge THANK YOU to JP, who drove my paperwork all the way to Panama City the day I bought my car! He was so pleasant and helpful. Thank you Ronnie Watkins, I love my 2016 Ford Escape!!

I bought a 2013 fx4 , very nice truck. Danny Hancock was a great guy, they where not pushy ,they asked witch trucks I was interested in then they gave me the keys to them told me to take my time look them over, I personally like that ,I don't like someone standing over my shoulder trying to push me into a vehicle .I was very pleased with the service at Ronnie Watkins Ford.
