Epic integrity!!!

As it turns out, the owner, Craig Denney, is a very honest and humble philanthropist, who also happens to be an avid supporter of our nation's military and veterans. He is a true patriot! When he learned that his business sold me a vehicle, unbeknownst to them to have severe safety problems, because they were extremely well hidden, by the previous owner, he offered to put any time and effort needed to fix the problem! He offered to trade me out of the vehicle at no cost to me, and when he didn't have a vehicle on the lot that would suit my needs, he showed me all the money invested and made on the vehicle, only to offer his time, his effort, services, and all profits on the vehicle to get it fixed! I agreed on this, as he surely went the extra mile to make sure, I was happy with my purchase, and that my family's safety was top priority! I promptly received a check in the mail, with no questions asked! I, as his customer, was more important and chosen over profits! He stands proudly by his name and both of his businesses Nissan of Gadsden and Nissan of Corinth, while exuberating honesty and integrity!

First time buying from dealership

My wife and I bought a 2016 Rogue from the dealership first time we have purchased a vehicle from them. It made the hour and half drive from Scottsboro worth the trip. Steve Saunders and Kenny Ballew helped us with the paper work. Very accommodating people top notch in our book. We also had the pleasure of meeting Craig, the owner very nice person and was very helpful meeting our needs. We will be a return buyer for our next vehicle. I do recommend this dealership to friends and family members.

Jeremy & Kenny were both super friendly and did anything and everything possible to make sure I was taken care of while at the dealership. They were also both very true people and real and I really like that. The building was very clean and up to date and had a beautiful fresh new look. I honestly couldn't have ask for 2 better salesmen to have dealt with and a better place to have visited. Everyone I came in contact with all day was very polite.

Rude and very unknowledgable salesman

I was in the market fro a car i sent for a quote on a vehicle that i saw on the lot at Nissan of Gadsden and a salesman named Jeremy Gilbreath was who contacted me about the vehicle who inturn talked me into putting in a credit app, Well my credit isnt the best, I contacted him 2 days later to see what was up, he was very rude and acted as if he was trying to get me not to buy any cars, I asked about a new car with a rebate, so i could use the rebate as a down payment , he tells me that i could not use a rebate as a down payment which i have done on my last two , vehicles.i sent him proof that i could, and instead of trying to help me he dismisses me in an email and very rudely I might add. I would never buy from this man at Nissan of Gadsden

Maxima Platium

My wife used the Nissan web site to build the Maxima Platinum model she wanted. We then started to visit and call dealers to find that car and drive it and compare pricing. We had found 3 of the cars with most options, and while we were on the way home from a out of town trip passing thur Gadsden Ala. I saw a bill board advertising the Gadsden dealership and called. I was connected to a sales rep Jermichael Smith and I told him what I was looking for. He informed me he had the vehicle but was missing two of the options. We decided to take a look and arrived about 15min later, Jermichael had the car waiting as we drove in. He was totally professional and after we drove the car he explaned adding the options she wanted was a one day process. I asked for a quote and was introduced to the sales manager Steven and received a quote. I explanded we would be buying within the next two days and would compare cars and pricing. Steven asked if I would give him a chance to quote when I was ready to buy and I agreed. The next morning I called Steven and we arrived at a number that was competitive for both of us. We made the hour and half drive and was met by Jermichael and Steven and within a hour or so we were on the way back with car. Over the years I have purchased quite a few cars and trucks and this dealership is hands above other dealerships. I drive a Titan and will visit this dealership when I am ready for a new truck.

Everything! We received a call within minutes of filling out he online pre approval , was met as soon as we arrived by Matt. He was super nice and really helped us , everyone we met there went well and beyond to help us with any questions etc . Could not have asked for better service !

I wasn't the easiest customer to deal with, with my credit not being great but Blake Min yard was able to work with me and the banks to get me in a much needed family vehicle. I appreciate everyone's effort in helping me get into my new car.
