Great experience

We recently bought a 2015 Prius from Serra Toyota of Decatur, with the help of Noah M. He did an excellent job explaining the car and the purchasing process to us and was able to beat the prices offered by other dealerships in the area. Noah and the rest of the staff were very thoughtful and considerate of our requirements and needs and seemed to be making a real effort to take care of us.

Run and never look back!

This company will rip you off and never think twice about it. I am 10,000.00 in the whole with a camry due to them taken advantage of selling me a lemon SUV and trying to say it will be okay with an camry. Yah it will be okay alright 10,000.00 upside down and looking a long time before getting out of this mess. I want to just warn other consumer to not have nothing to do with Sierra Toyota of Decatur. I do not want other consumer to be in the mess I find myself in. Apparently I am not the only one due to other dealers have told me when they hear people have bought their automobile from Serra Toyota they realize right away they will be upside down. So run please just run. If you insist on dealing with this company than make sure you do your research because they for sure will not tell you the truth.

Our truck buying experience began 4 weeks prior to the purchase. My Toyota Camry was at the dealership for a service. While waiting on my car, my husband was looking at the Toyota Tundra's. We were looking for a 3/4 ton truck. Sam M., the sales associate, approached my husband to see if he needed help. Sam answered his questions about the Tundra, with a tow package and the 5.8L engine. When we were ready to purchase the truck, we went back to the dealership and asked for Sam. Sam got us a good deal on the Tundra. When we finalized the deal and took delivery of the truck it was raining. Sam pulled the truck into the service area. He then took the keys to my car, went out in the rain and pulled my car into the service area out of the rain. Thanks Sam.

Nick B. went beyond his duty to find the car I wanted or thought that I wanted. He was very patient and treated me well. I love the car!!!!!! Serra Toyota has a great dealership and I will recommend them to others. Thanks, Nick!!!!

Ricky P. was awesome!!!

We recently purchased a new Toyota Corolla for my husband due to the fact that his '99 Ford Ranger was about dead, it was leaking almost every kind of fluid and was seriously getting 12 mpg. We had our 2 year old son with us, who can be pretty rambunctious. Serra Toyota of Decatur were very patient with us, worked with us to get the payment and price we were willing to pay, and Ricky even helped us keep an eye on our son! Our little boy was crazy over Ricky! He kept holding his hand and following him everywhere. It was the best car buying experience we've ever had. The worst car buying experience we've ever had was at Scott Crump Toyota in Jasper, Al- BEWARE!!!!

This Dealer did not want to compete with other dealer's pricing. The trade-in price was off by $3000 compared to one given by a competitor dealer.

Buyer beware

This is a typical dealership but they are not interested in giving you anything for your trade in. I went yesterday to look at a Corolla and had two possible trade ins. One is worth $17,500 on KBB and the other is worth $6900. I was offered $12000 on the first and $3000 on the second. No need to negotiate after that slap in the face. I would recommend buying from another dealer, as most dealers in Decatur all seem to be the same.
