2013 Ford Edge

I love the vehicle. It has so many extras that I'm still learning. The back up camera wasn't working so I asked the salesman about it. He told me some models didn't come with a back up camera and this particular vehicle was one that didn't come equipped with one. When I would put it in reverse and error come up on the screen. I googled the back up camera not working and there were a few different reasons, once being a short in the wire. After a week of driving it the camera started working but was blurry. I plan on tracking down the wiring issue this weekend so the camera works all the time and isn't blurry. I won't hold that small issue against them. The process was very quick and they were all very friendly.

Scheduled Maintenance

I brought 2020 F-150 in for scheduled maintenance with my milage at just under 21000 miles. The service writer didn't seem to understand what I wanted. I told her in the owners manual there is a list of scheduled services to be performed at every so many miles, I wanted everything due by the mileage on my truck. I also was in for a safety recall for wiper blade arms (third attempt)

Baugh's service department is outstanding. My personal dealings with Brandon and Kerry has always been terrific and the service department personnel do an excellent job of taking care of the needs of my Ford Explorer and Super Duty F250 truck. I really can not say enough good comments about the group as a whole as they are truly sincere, caring and professional about taking care of their customers from my personal and long term involvement with Baugh's sales and service team!!

I stopped by Baugh to check on the prices of a couple of used cars, and found their prices to be quite a bit more than other dealerships. The dealership didn't seem to want to negotiate much on the price.
