I've bought a number of cars over the years and my experience at Serra Chevrolet was the absolute worst. They neglected to send in my title application so months after buying the car, I have no title. And the car had a broken front camera and the salesman lied to me and said it just needed cleaning. When I realized it was broken, I took it to them and they refused to fix it unless I paid for it.

After several years I decided to buy a brand new Tahoe. Given the fact that they are over 40k I figured that someone at Serra would "want" to sell me a vehicle. However, i was wrong. they only responded with an automated email that said i was important and that they would contact me. They then decided to give my information to a telemarketing firm who called me late at night trying to get me to come into the dealership. I told them that I went out to 6 dealers and they were the only ones not to respond. I then emailed them one last time to see if they wanted to give me a quote. i got a call from a lady stating that she is the customer service manager (her title is actually internet manager) asking when i was coming in...at the same time i got a call from a salesperson who left a message stating the same thing. So...i asked the internet why they wouldnt give me a quote so she gave me some crazy high number thats 10,000 over any other number and said that the only way to negotiate with Serra is to do it the old fashion way..and that I have to come in to get "bargaining power". I dont know about the rest of you but the last thing I intend to do is to spend MY time sitting in their offfice as they try their best to maximize their profits by raking me over the coals. hasnt the time of the snake oil salesman past?
