Yaaaayyyyyy!!!!!

Let’s begin like this!! Luke and Aubrey are fantastic & worked out the best deal for me. Aubrey is patient & is very knowledgeable about the systems in the vehicle & will actually help you set them up & navigate them. He’s very professional & makes you feel extremely comfortable & not stupid because you don’t know how to handle the overload of information. Luke immediately noticed me in the lobby & inquired about my process thus far. He began to work out the financials and was very honest with me about what I could expect. He never promised me anything that he couldn’t deliver. My car had to be located and delivered and they did it within 48 hours. I work crazy hours and they were willing to stay at the dealership until I could make it. Even the guy whom you sign the papers with is hilarious and very personable. He walked through every page and would not let me sign unless I was completely aware of what I was signing. I would recommend anyone to JIM BURKE DODGE!! My father also purchased a car from them he’s ABSOLUTELY in love with. They will have my automotive business for a VERY long time.

Everytime I visit jim burke dodge they have always been such a great help and they've always made me feel like I'm apart of the family of muscle just like vin diesel says on the commercial

Service with a smile

I went in for an oil change and to ask about some shaking my Jeep was doing. Greeted professionally with a smile and they were happy to check everything out. Even though I had to wait three hours for this service, they took great care of me. They diagnosed a very simple fix to my problem and added an additional tire rotation to my service without hesitation for very little cost ($21.95)! My 2016 Jeep Cherokee runs beautifully now. (Issue was me vs. a little run flat in my tires. Oops!) Thank you for the great service and for keeping me safe in the road!

I'm the owner of a 2017 JEEP Cherokee because if him and the dealership. I've already sent a friend to go check them out because I was so impressed.

NO DISCLOSURE! SOLD ME A BRAND NEW CAR THAT HAD BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT!

I have bought many cars over the years and this was my first Dodge experience. If you are considering a new car from Jim Burke you may want to ask for a Car Fax! You would never think to ask for something like this on a brand new car but from what I experienced they will not tell you that the new car you are signing for has been in an accident until the next day!!! The general manager, Cameron, was completely unprofessional! Who sales someone a brand new car and not know that it was wrecked at the same dealership?!?! When I wanted to get my car back I was told they had sold it already. WOW, it makes me think that when they said they completely forgot to disclose the fact that the car was in an accident and that they sold my car in 1 day, that all of that is a bunch of garbage! They knew when I was there that I wasn\'t sold on buying a new car from them and they haggled with me for 5-6 hours!! That is plenty of time for someone to notify me that the car had been in an accident! I personally believe that this was intentionally held from me in order to get me to buy it. It was the very last 15 that they had which I know now why!! To sum up, ask for a carfax from them!! I will never ever buy another dodge period!! Since my first Dodge experience was this awful I would be too scared to ever again!

Deceptive sales tactics!

Negotiated a price on a 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan yesterday at Jim Burke Dodge and had the salesman to write the bottom line price on paper. After seeing the price I agreed to the deal and after signing the paper work and the way the push you through I noticed something did not look right with the numbers and after getting a calculator noticed that they had added $2000.00 to the base price they had written down for me to see and that we had agreed to. Price ended up being $1000.00 higher than the advertised price on their website. BUYER BEWARE! Deceptive practices.

dont take anyones word if you do buy from Jim Burke and dont sign anything until you read it They told me the lifetime warranty and Gap coverage was free NOT I was charged almost 2k from them they will dodge questions and change subject to make a sale DONT TRUST THEM

online car shopping at Jim Burke with Aubrey W (beware)

The online sales guy Aubrey W. was very shisty and rude guy,Likes to insult customers financial situations,and comment on their age.He tries to force you into a car that you don't want and don't listen when the customer says they only want to spend a certain amount,very rude and ill mannered especially when he realize that the customer is not fallling for his con game. This guy was not very honest at all and was desperate to sell any thing at a overly priced rate as he could. For anyone that did business with Aubrey W. you probably was force in to some car and deal you did not want. The guy is truely a croocked sales man,desperately pushing cars that the customer don't want,ask for another salesman if you go to Jim Burke.

Dealer unwilling to work with me

Salesman was open and helpful; but, used car manage was rigid and unwilling to work with me, and the used car manger lied about several facts. I don't trust him; too bad, because the salesman seemed like he was trying hard and honest with all my questions.

Foregt Customer Service AFTER the sale

In the 15 days since purchasing my new Jeep NOTHING has been handled as claimed. They have completely dropped the ball on installing promised parts all the way to financing with no one taking any ownership of the problem even though I have escalated the issue 4 times. 1 week after purchasing they had not called me to schedule and when I called them I found out my salesperson was no longer there. The person who was going to coordinate the service install and assured me he would call back that week never called. The following week I escalated to the New Car Sales Manager and left a voice mail with no return call. I also just found out that 15 days later my trade in has not been paid off and another payment came out of my account. A call yesterday back to the dealership landed me with Will Hunter who was going to investigate and call me back within 30 minutes ( his time frame not mine) 5 hours later I had heard nothing. He called me this morning only to tell me I could schedule an appointment even though I had already provided him the information to do so for me. He had not even recalled my financing questions and continued to tell me why it was fair to blame him since it just got dropped in his lap yesterday. He also put me on hold because a 'prospective new customer" was calling him. At this dealership apparently you only get grade A service BEFORE you purchase
