I purchased a 2025 NX 350 Premium this weekend. My sales person Kevin Bates did a great job explaining all the vehicles and equipment available. This was my second time working with Kevin purchasing a vehicle. Last year my wife purchased… a 2024 RX 350 Luxury.

Our sales consultant Anil B, was very knowledgeable about the car technology and very patience… in showing us how it works. we'll definitely give him a 10 for customer service.Just like their add says….they don’t sell you a car, they help you buy one

There was no pressure at all, I asked about the jeep, they setup the vehicle with a plate so I could take it for a test drive, took my time, enjoyed… the ride. I got back and was going over the options with my sales person Bill who has been working at this dealership for years. He was so great, no pressure at all, although they weren't a jeep dealership he know everything about the vehicle. Bill arranged to have my trade in valued and that was done within minutes. They gave me a fantastic offer for my trade in and Bill was able to make this purchase work for me. I love my jeep and loved working with Bill.Great salesperson

Rene had been there on his day off to assist in a delivery but took the time out to… help me look for a vehicle. by Min on 11/15/2021We love our Lexus Rx450hL. It is classy, spacious, smooth on the road. The entire purchasing experience was great, painless and stress free. Nicholas was communicative, responsive, patient and pleasant. After meeting him, we just stopped… shopping anywhere else because we wanted to work with Nick. One side story that made us want to stay with Nick was the personal aspect of him. When we came back from test drive, we overheard his conversation with his grandmother. The love and tenderness in his voice were palpable. We talked about her trip and his weekly breakfast with her. My husband and I left feeling Nick is a special young man. We just wanted to give Nick a piece of good news from us to make his grandma happy. Meeting Nick was our first trip to search for a Lexus because of convenience, but meeting Nick was our last trip to search for a Lexus because of Nick. The place was clean, warm and inviting, but Sean was that and much more! He was very personable and very up front and… honest with everything every step of the way! The gentleman that I dealt with in finance (can't remember his name) was also great! He was very patient with me and helped me to understand everything that I needed to know! Rob and his Internet Manager Sydney got me into the RX 350 of my choice and with all the options and features I wanted and in two days I was… driving out of the lot with the new RX 350 which is awesome! Rob Williams is a hands on sales rep so he takes the time to walk you through the entire vehicle front to back and also connects your electronics and even helped me move my stuff from my old trade vehicle to the new vehicle. The staff here really takes the time to involve themselves in the sales process and the entire transaction was pleasant and seamless! Mr Lapaz went above & beyond, explaining each car that I had interest… in. I eventually purchased a 2019 Lexus IS 300. Mr Lapaz has followed of my purchase with several calls answering all my questions. In essence, Mr Lapaz has made me feel like family. by makedeal31 on 01/23/2019BUYER BEWARE!!! This is the type of dealership that gives used car salesmen a bad name. I found a 2018 Mercedes for sale in December of 2018 for $41,999. I went in and took a test drive and liked the car. They looked at my 2017 Audi… (that I paid $42,000 in 10/17) and told me they would give me $26,000. I laughed and walked out. Subsequently they called and said that they would increase it to $29,000. I told them that it was worth $36,000 and I would accept $33,000. A week went by and I got a call saying they would do the $33,000. When I called them back, they BAIT and SWITCHED the car and said that deal is for a RED 2017 Mercedes and then offered me $31,500 for my car. The price of 2018 Mercedes dropped by $600. I then got a call from the Used car Manager...He said he would only give me $31,000...but I said you offered $31,500 2 days ago. Too bad thats the deal. I told them that I would give the price the originally offered....no deal. The price then dropped again by $400 and I told them with the lower price my deal is now higher than what they are asking....he then said your car price has dropped by the same amount as the price drop on the 2018 Mercedes. The bottom line is this dealership is shady and treats clients like morons. They look for the person who is going to walk in...ask no questions and blindly buy a car. DON'T BE THAT PERSON. When they tell you that you have a deal...you don't. Get everything in writing. I have been in the business world for 40 years and have never written a bad review for any business but, I needed to warn people of who they are dealing with. One star is generous.Great experience

by SWC2018 on 10/11/2018As a first time car buyer, I couldn't have had a better experience than the one I had with Renee LaPaz at the Herb Chambers Lexus in Sharon. I was in a car accident and my car was totaled so I was driving a rental. The person who hit me had… State Farm (whom I had a terrible experience with...) and they wouldn't cover the rental for long. Needless to say, buying a car was stressful and I was losing money on the rental by the day. I put a 'hold' on a car but upon further examination of the CarFax, I wasn't comfortable buying it and I had to awkwardly ask for my check/information back. I decided to look at Lexus's website as a friend had suggested Renee as an honest car salesman who would 'treat me right' and 'tell me the truth' about the car/what I could expect. I had narrowed my search down to a 2015 or 2016 Audi A3. I didn't think the Lexus dealership would have any used Audi's, but low and behold they did when I checked (the A3 too!) Taking this as a sign, I went in and met Renee and drove the car. I said I would have to think about it (it wasn't in my first pick color and didn't have every feature I was looking for) and he completely understood... One of the features was the car's lack of a reverse camera, but he said I could always install that in the future if I wanted to... Fast forward a week or so later and I came back for a second test drive. This time he let me take the car myself with my friend who had driven me to the dealership (I had returned the rental). This was the first time I was given this opportunity by a salesperson (I had been to 3 other locations at this point) and it certainly made me feel more comfortable in the car. Considering the mileage, reasonable (no-haggle at Herb) price and how comfortable I felt in the car, I decided this was the car I was going to go with. Again, I was a first-time car buyer, so the process was new to me, but Renee made it feel seamless. Buying a car from someone you trust is really comforting. I have been driving the car for a few weeks now, the color has totally grown on me, the car drives incredibly smooth, and my friends and family are completely jealous - so I feel pretty good about it! Renee special ordered a special holder for my front plate so that it wouldn't damage the car... I am going back in a few days for them to install this... and get my free car wash that Herb provides! While I obviously don't want to have to repair my car often (or drive to Mass - I live in RI), I don't dread it as much as I might because everyone at the dealership seemed so friendly! They have free wifi, coffee, and food as well which I will totally take advantage of when I get my free car wash! Overall, I HIGHLY recommend Herb Chambers Lexus in Sharon. Ask for Renee LaPaz!!Excellent Service Dept. Ronni is the best!

The whole staff just seems like they are enjoying their jobs to the fullest. I… felt comfortable from the second I walked in and was greeted by super friendly reception. I then met with Rene, who I liked immediately. He took me through the entire process and displayed amazing patience, particularly with my kids who ran around and got into EVERY SINGLE CAR in the showroom. Rene and the rest of the staff actually encouraged them to do this.....They had a BLAST. The deal was excellent. I shopped around and knew what I wanted and what the dealers needed to do to get me there, and I communicated that to Rene and the team. And they NAILED it. Great deal on a great car. I am thrilled with my experience.
