I love this truck. One problem is the back hatch. If I'm not careful all groceries fall out when I open the back hatch. This problem has cost me dozens of eggs :) Also the hatch window opens with the remote key, but I have to start the car to put it back up -- not convenient at all! Other than those things...I LOVE THIS TRUCK...and I know my daughter is safe. That's the main thing.

fit and finish above models costing quite a bit more. Good ride and offers plenty of standard feature as well as desireable safety options available.

I love this vehicle, it is fun to drive, very solid yet smooth ride. It sits up high so that you can see way up ahead the road. Gas mileage was surprising to me... I get and average of 21 mpg on the highway. Toyota is a very well built vehicle and they always have stood behind their product for me.

I test drove the 4-runner and couldn't believe how smooth it was compared to other years I test drove it. I went through this winter with it. Handled really well. Although I would have wanted Michelin tires on this one and it has Goodrich. Not happy with them in the snow.

'05 RWD V8 Limited - Best one out there!

My wife and I only drive Toyotas. We wanted a 4Runner to replace our Camry because we liked the higher view from the driver's seat and we wanted cargo space. What we got was a luxury vehicle that has surpassed all of our expectations. The V8 and the X-REAS suspension are a perfect combination that gives it near sports car handling. The ride is smooth as glass, but the stiffer suspension still allows you to feel the road. It's also easy to maneuver in tight spaces. At any speed, the 4Runner is as quiet as a vault. It put our 4 cylinder Camry to shame. For the most part, the controls are well placed and intuitive. We couldn't be happier with our choice; if only we had done it sooner!
