Amazing car
I have owned the car (2016 F-Type S convertible with a manual) since new and it now has about 43K miles on it. It has been utterly reliable. No squeaks or rattles. The engine sound is phenomenal and easily controlled. The manual transmission is pretty good, but I've had other cars with manuals that felt a bit better (a Miata and a Bullitt Mustang). The Jaguar is quick and intuitive. I drive VERY fast with great confidence--very few cars can outrun me. I keep it well-maintained and it looks and drives the same as the day I bought it, which is to say superlative. It's gorgeous, still looks brand new, still turns heads. Service has been easy every time. So far, all service and parts have been free apart from new tires, brake pads, an air filter, and throttle body cleaning. I had a 911 (997) before my Jaguar and I like the Jag much more--it's easier to drive (the clutch in particular) and the car is far better balanced owing to its front-engine design. Also, 911s are everywhere and no one notices--the F-Type is beautiful and rare. Update: Now it has about 64K miles, and nothing has changed except now I have to pay for oil changes etc. which were free for the first 60K. The car is as awesome as ever and I still love it!

Luv my F-type!
Bought a lo-mileage 2016 F-type convertible (base model) 3.5 years ago. Love the car! Plenty of acceleration for me. Great looks, of course. Only been in the shop once for repairs, under warranty. Factory battery just died, at 6.5 years old! No complaints!
