Hipsters Will Be Driving These After All The 240 Wagons Are Used Up
Is it cool? No! Is it real and authentic? Absolutely! The 240 Wagon of our times. Cheap, cheerful, reliable, durable, functional, safe, just like the 240 wagon's were. Will it impress your neighbors? No, but there's no shame in driving it regardless of your demographics. An upper middle class suburban white person can drive one without shame and have the smug knowledge that they did not fall into the douche bag "luxury" car trap - cue the hipsters in a few years. Averaging 29mpg in mixed suburban / highway driving. I use the "econ" button mainly because it allows better control over the throttle. Very happy overall.
disappointed
I usually by new Toyota, this time i decided to try the Honda CRV. I am very disappointed with the quality. the car has only 3000 miles and the ceiling is falling apart, coming off, the dealer won't replace the car, promised repair and Honda customer service were not helpful, did not care , said they will document it?? I asked for a manager but to my surprise no one was available? Yes that was Honda customer service in USA??? ManI should not go to Honda , I should have stayed with Toyota, never had issues and their customer service are much better. The quality and price were very good too.

No longer drive SUVs ...
The Honda CR-V was my first (and last) SUV. And although I appreciate it's roomy and comfortable interior as well as it's technological amenities, the driving impressions where not equally satisfactory. During my first road trip I found myself in the "worse case scenario" while making a high speed (70 mph) avoidance maneuver, which brought me to the brink of the ditch. Thanks to the stability control system, and some luck I guess, I was able to keep the vehicle on the road, but after that quite scary experience I would never trust this, or any SUV for that matter... Another annoying feature, at least in this particular year, is the constant downshifting while driving long and steady uphills, especially when loaded. And even if power seems good enough in most driving conditions, it's not meant to be a hauler. All in all, my SUV experience ended in a total loss after my wife rear ended another and bigger SUV. No injuries, fortunately... After that we found the perfect family vehicle in the form of a Station Wagon which serves the same utilitarian purpose with much better driving dynamics ... P.S. I've been on the road long enough to realize that the main reason why most people buy SUV (the bigger the better), is because that false sense of safety, enhanced by having a prominent view of the road, which only makes SUV the most Stupid Ugly Vehicles on the road...

Save your money
Go for a crossover with a better warranty! I barely had my car 4 years and the AC compressor is already in need of repair or replacing! And no help whatsoever from Honda or the dealer! This is the first time I’ve ever bought a Honda and the LAST time! I’ve always bought American cars in the past and have NEVER had these issues! Live and learn! The ride is bumpy and the interior noise is annoying. Very cheaply made inside. They definitely need to take note from Ford and Chevy on their interiors! Two cup holders in the whole front seat! VERY DISAPPOINTED in Honda!!!

Almost Perfect!
I have mostly enjoyed my 2014 Honda CRV .... perfect size .... good gas mileage. BUT it does not have a quiet interior ride. When driving, it almost sounds like a back window is slightly down. I had top of the line Michelin tires put on .... hoping that would help reduce noise. It didn't. If I were to buy another car soon, it would not be the Honda CRV due to the interior noise factor.
