Only 300 miles, broke down
This was my 3 Jeep Grand Cherokee so I trusted it was going to be good or better, wrong. It is back at the dealership. While driving it turned itself off and gave me two different error messages. The dealership Miami Lakes Automall don’t answer the phone or return my messages As part of my lemon law lawsuit on May 3 2024 I finally was able to surrender the vehicle back to Jeep, almost a year later

Do not be fooled! Build quality is TRASH
I had been shopping around for a new vehicle and was so impressed by how gorgeous the 2024 GC Summit Reserve was especially in the Rocky Mountain Grey over Tupelo interior. I ended up finding one brand new $15,000 under MSRP about 10 hours away so I excitedly drove out to get it. Not even 5 months later and only 6,000 miles on the vehicle, I noticed small drops of water leaking through the sunroof. Then water came out of the microphone vent over the passenger seat and the car has a distinct musty smell to it. Jeep corporate has been zero help and I have decided to bite the bullet and kiss off $10,000 in losses to just get rid of this heap of junk. There is a serious design flaw in that they did not use any trim pieces around where the headliner connects to the ceiling so in this case, water indeed got behind the headliner and I have no idea how long this has been going on for. Once again, this car is brand new, 5 months old and has a sticker price of $71,000. Truly the worst choice I could have made and please learn from my mistake and buy ANYTHING else. Jeep has accomplished the impossible and made a Range Rover appear to be reliable. The dealer network is absolute garbage, with no fixes and no loaner cars. The service manager had the audacity to tell me I would need to rent a car from Enterprise at $55 a day but they also are not sure of a solution to this issue AND they are not sure how much damage has been done. The warranty is absolutely useless and while the interior is gorgeous, I promise a musty odor and damp sensation will make it less appealing. I truly hope others can learn from my mistakes and I understand now why the vehicles are leaving the lot with such huge incentives - the market is the best gauge for this. I would never buy another Stellantis product again, in fact, I would not even recommend one to my worse enemy. As if the interior leak was not bad enough, when I brought it home from the dealership, I noticed the car looked a little off in ride height. I grabbed my level and sure enough - the air suspension is malfunctioning as the vehicle is dipping to the passenger side about 3 degrees. Once again, this car is 5 months old and has less than 6,000 miles. With this insanely poor build quality, I would be shocked if it even makes it to it's first oil change! Please save yourself the $10,000 mistake that I made, you would be better off just standing in your front yard lighting hundred dollar bills on fire instead of wasting time and money on this steaming heap of [non-permissible content eremoved]. No wonder Stellantis is laying off workers and slashing their prices, they truly are not even a tenth of the company Jeep used to be and I would never recommend a single product. Save yourself! Don't be ignorant like I was - I thought oh this is just a few people with some bad luck. WRONG - these things are a pile, I have truly never had a less reliable car in my life. Their issues absolutely need to be investigated for a class action lawsuit but until then, please steer clear. Just about any other vehicle is far better and will offer you the absolute least in terms of being able to survive rain or the car wash.

41 years building Jeeps, quality still suffers
I purchased a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland with 9 miles for 62K ridiculous. I now have 5K miles. However, it's not been without its weird issues or noises. I love how it looks, comfortable and nice features. That's where it ends. To start for 62K, you should have more standard features, you have to buy so many packages to get everything you want, like a 3D camera that should be standard at this price. Didn't think of it when I bought it assuming it had it, it does not without the extra tech package. Within the first week, my speaker on the drivers side, sounded like it was distorted, dealer said it was a defective speaker in the door, so they replaced that. Nope still coming from dash and now a twitter speaker ordered and I was told it's a service bulletin and another dealer said sure enough that one is defective too. I'm getting odd noises everywhere, when the car downshifts and breaking sometimes you can hear what sounds like a guitar string under the drivers side snapping and when electronics turn on all kinds of weird clicks happen especially backing out of the driveway you can hear an almost sloshing sound from the back under the truck. The fit and finish is also not very good, if you follow the body lines they are not perfect and this very true with the rocker molding on the drivers side. So much so that the technician at Jeep couldn't believe it and ordered a new one to be sent to the body shop to be painted, they said they'd call me when it was ready to install. That was a month ago. The transmission has shifted funny too on occasion. I don't have any more faith in Jeep, I tried, I just traded my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee that has the typical issues of that year including a dashboard wrinkle that Jeep denied they'd pay to replace as well as 3 timing chain cover oil leaks at $1500 each time to repair. I'm done. After this Jeep, moving on to companies that care about quality build and quality control and taking care of their customers. I'm a 5 time Jeep owner, but this is it. A new 62K Jeep brand new should not be giving me noices and other issues or concerns so fast.

Nice SUV. Too bad it’s unreliable
Leased a new 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee from South Hills Jeep in McMurray, PA. After 2 months we began hearing unrecognizable noises/grinds. Then the vehicle slowed to a stop while driving about 40 mph. Dealership did diagnosis but nothing showed up. One more time and I’ll get another Honda or Toyota. This is our 4th Jeep, first with issues. Not acceptable. Expected more from the dealer.

Best Driver Comfort in Class
I recently bought a 2023 Grand Cherokee Limited. People complain about the cost but with incentives, my Limited model 4X2 dropped the price by $6,000 from MSRP. That put it in price with a Laredo. The standard features in the Limited made the price very competitive when compared with other similarly equipped SUV's. At 6'2", the others fell "short" of a good driving position. If there was enough legroom, I could barely reach the steering wheel like in the Kia Telluride and Hyundai Palisade. I liked those vehicles but the Jeep has more telescopic adjustment and fits me perfectly. The Jeep also feels more solid, has a better quality feel and is quieter than the other SUV's I drove. I'm a bit boney and no one talks about how hard seats have become in new vehicles that claim to offer "better support." Having seats hard as bricks like in the Telluride, was a big turnoff for me. Also, again with my height, the seat pans in the competition are typically too short as well. The Grand Cherokee seats, though not soft, offer a bit more comfort, seat pan length and softness for me. I had a 2017 Grand Cherokee and really liked it but the new model is definitely more refined and nicer to drive. It's a great highway cruiser offering a smooth, quiet ride that handles road imperfections with aplomb. I test drove a new Buck Enclave, too. The Buick was nice if you don't mind driving a vehicle that feels like a minivan in most ways. The Jeep is definitely more fun to drive. I liked the VW Atlas and almost bought one but the price incentives were better on the Jeep. In total I drove the Atlas, Telluride, Palisade, Explorer, Enclave, Chevy Blazer, Mazda CX9 (super hard seats) and Toyota Highlander. I liked the Jeep best regardless of price. I see a few minor imperfections in my new Jeep. The driver's door protrudes out a bit more than it should when closed. There is also a large trim piece across the length of the dash at the back that is not quiet sealed on one side. Hoping the dealer will address these issues. Overall, I am very satisfied thus far with my purchase. The biggest selling point for me is the excellent driving position. The best I have found. For the kind of driving I do living in a congested area, the Grand Cherokee is the best for me.

Windows machine with virus on Wheels
I have owned 6 Jeeps in the past. I now have a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Ltd. I bought it in Feb 2023 and in the last 4 months, it left my wife stranded on the highway with no power. Steering wheel does not lock. Memory seats do not work. Poor gas mileage. Been to the dealer more times than i care to remember. They always tell me to wait for a software update. Last JEEP for me. The build quality out of the states is crap! Trim does not line up. Doors had to be lined up at dealership. The recalls are not part problems, but factory worker incompetence. For the money... buy a Lexus or something. Jeep is NOT a luxury brand!!!

Hard to believe
I just took delivery of my new 2023 Grand Cherokee limited, literally 2 days ago. Had to pay $2,100 for a sunroof, my choice. This car seems different than my 2016 and 2019 Grand Cherokee’s, bigger and less nimble. As I go through the process of figuring this one out features and operations wise, I discovered to my amazement that there is no automatic day/night mirror. Instead a small paddle that needs to be pushed to switch to night mode. The last car that I owned that had that was my 1995 Isuzu Trooper. My new Jeep stickerd at something over $53K. A manual day night mirror? Seriously? Most of the included tech toys I probably won’t use, the mirror is a HUGE miss. UPDATE: My third Grand Cherokee, 2016 and 2019. These were great, should have stopped at 2. Got this in May of 2023, a little over 5K miles. Been back to the shop 3 or 4 times, UConnect issues. Radio stops working, phone stops working. The usual "software" update garbage from the dealer. They were going to kick it upstairs to Chrysler engineering and we were supposed to have the unit changed out. Was back today, now we are back to software updates. Can't make a phone call, have to reset the UConnect unit. Absolutely ridiculous for a car that stickered at $53,600. Huge mistake getting this vehicle. OK to drive, not nearly as manueverable as the 2016, 2019.
Very disappointed.Have lost faith in Chrysler Jeep
2023 JEEP Grand Cherokee 4 x 4 Limited. I have owned three Jeep Grand Cherokee Ltd. vehicles, 2005, 2014, 2023 (now at 12,000 km). This January 2024, I left the Jeep in hotel parking lot near Toronto ai for 8 nights. On return battery was DEAD. Chrysler Road Assistance tried to boost it, but after a few attempts rudely left saying "you should have called for a tow", leaving my wife and I stranded (Sunday evening). Called again to Assistance to arrange towing to Woodstock for the next day ($422.06), Monday. Two days at Woodstock Chrysler the response was "nothing wrong with battery, we've charged it". A replacement vehicle would not be offered, 'we have to find out first mice ate your wiring". (Not the response to give a customer.) They indicated the Jeep was having too many gadgets; prevent battery discharging by disconnecting cables if away 8 days. Chrysler Canada Customer Service suggested a second opinion. Ingersoll Chrysler diagnosis same; battery if OK. Said Jeeps have difficulty sitting in minus degree weather. Not the problem and suggestion solution my 79-year old wife wanted. Didn't hear this when purchasing the vehicle. Couple days later noticed blinking BSM in mirrors, fault on dashboard for forward collision warning and adaptive cruise control. 20 km. away at destination noticed I cannot open rear liftgate, can't move seats, seat heat not working, window down not working, car locks not working. Next day Ingersoll Chrysler found problem, ordered parts, fixed it. The next issue experienced is a noisy engine while driving and RPM going into red zone. Ingersoll Chrysler is going to look at this tomorrow. We are grateful for their prompt service MAYBE after having success with Jeeps, THIS ONE IS A 'LEMON'. HELP!!!.

Almost what I wanted
Wanted Grand Cherokee Limited 4x4 in Ember color, moonroof, black out with side steps. Impossible to get after a month looking. Settled for black, no moonroof no blackout. Aftermarket sidesteps at an exorbitant price. Nice car, good mpg, great heat/ac, sound. Disappointed I have to unlock with fob or on phone. Noticed paint bubbles/blisters already. Hope they won't be a problem.

Fallen in LOVE!
We purchased a new 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, in the end of April. Because of medical situations, I needed a bigger vehicle with bigger doors., And more adjustable seats, than our 2016 Cherokee Trailhawk had. Shopped on line, and our salesman and the dealership manager brought our choice to the house for a test drive. We fell in love with the GC Limited, as soon as we got in those big comfortable seats. The engine is smooth as silk, the transmission works flawlessly. At our age, We have had been sort of slow getting to use all the features. At this point, we've learned to use everything, including the voice command. However, won't be bothered with phone calls and such when driving. The satellite radio is in use all the time, and we control it with a simple "Hey Jeep" and "he" (wife wanted a male voice in system) changes our stations, HVAC temperatures, and fan speeds, etc. The driver #1 (my wife) and driver #2 (me) settings are great. That feature even remembers which satellite stations each one of us uses. And, we just learned that if my wife is driving, I can not give "Jeep" commands while she is in the driver's seat. The power from that 3.6 litre V6 is more than ample for our use. We live in a rural area near State College PA, and Penn State University. Go to town for groceries and doctors, etc. The computer is showing that "Jeep" is consistently averaging between 24.7 & 25.3 mpg. And neither my wife or I spare the horsepower. We consistently find ourselves 5-10 mph over the speed limit. On the interstate it will show that we are getting 29 - 30 mpg at a steady interstate speed of 70 - 75 mph. The build quality is perfect. Doors close with a solid "thud", no squeakes, or rattles. Feels solid as a "tank". The handling on country roads is amazing for a vehicle this size. We considered a Ford Explorer, Hyundai Palisade, and KIA Telluride. But we didn't want or need three rows of seats. This two row Grand Cherokee Limited was/is perfect for our needs. This is our 6 th Jeep, over the years. 2 Wranglers, a Liberty, an earlier Grand Cherokee, and a Cherokee Trailhawk. All have been perfect with no problems. We've always had great luck and great service from our Jeeps.
