I purchased this truck used though the online listings on the Edmunds web page. The truck is a 2002, SLT 2500 Ram, 4x4, with the High Output Cummings Diesel. I purchased the truck used with 80,000 miles on it and immediately fell in love with the truck. The HO Cummings has plenty power,(235 HP & 500 lbft of torque), while still achieving an outstanding 18-MPG highway. Even when loaded down with a 10,000 lb 5th wheel trailer it still manages to get 15-MPG Highway.

I love the fuel economy 21 to 22 highway, 19 around home. Pulls 5th wheel campers (11,000 lbs) with no troubles. Starts good in cold temperature down to 10 degrees easily with out the block heater with synethic oil. My wife loves it and she bought it.

I Had the transmission go out at 36,000 the the truck has 55,000 on it now and have not had any I mean any other Problems with it. That is somthing I can not say for my '97 GMC 350 3/4 ton 4x4 I had too many things to list that whent wrong with it and this is coming from a person that in the past would only buy a GM. I love My 2002 3/4 ton Dodge Ram 4x4 with the 5.9 Turbo Diesel.
