It is pretty to look at but sometimes the system does not boot up when you turn on the car so for 15 minutes or so while driving there is no heat/ac or radio, the display screen only works for android when your phone is physically plugged in to the car, the voice response is a joke no matter what you say the response is always the same. I would give anything to get out of my lease and get back to a BMW or Mercedes.

XC60, The German Car Killer!

We were looking for a mid size or compact luxury SUV. We looked at several different Audis to include the Q5, Q7, and SQ5. We looked at a few Mercedes GLEs and GCLs. Considered the Porsche Macan S but in the end, once my wife saw the XC60 she knew it was for her. The XC60 might not have the in-your-face fun to drive factor like the Audi SQ5 did, but don't be fooled, the T6 supercharged and turbo engine gets up and going quickly, but smoother than the Audi. The Audi SQ5 had some notchy shifting. The infotainment system is sleek and well designed. The options that come standard and that are available on the XC60 are long and numerous. My favorite is the tracking headlights and the heads up display. Don't sleep on this Swedish car, the total package is hard to beat and the safety rating puts it over the top for us.

This t6 gives me power without being ‘in my face’ about it. It feel like it is saying ‘no problem, what else do you want’. The cabin is very comfortable and the seats are the best I have ever had in a vehicle. Upgraded to leather with leg extensions, if I do again, I would go for full on massage option. I will admit that it takes a little getting used to to go from traditional knob controls to the ipad-like screen, but with the help of my wonderful salesman, I am off and rolling. This car is extremely quiet and is wonderful to escape to for a commute after a stressful day. The steering is light and the safety features work well. I needed a software update as my only service experience and that was handled wonderfully by my salesman. Pleased with this purchase.

My worse experience ever in the 20+ years I have been leasing vehicles has been with Volvo, and Karp Volvo as a dealer. Had many problems with the XC90 and XC60 from computer problems, electrical problems, battery problems, issues with tires (tires had a wobbly sound coming from them that they could not resolve. Even on lease return they hammered me over the head with all kinds of charges and would not even have a reasonable discussion about reducing it like every other brand has always done for me in the past. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for a vehicle since but the car is unreliable and customer service. Volvo was a HUGE disappointment for me, I feel like I was taken advantage of.
