I wanted a rare car and have been looking for months. When i saw a new one pop up at this location i asked if the price included everything and honda certification as it was 6 months used. I was told yes it is. I drove 40 min and when i liked the car we talked finance. the first thing the sales manager does it pull up the price i saw, adding $3K in accessories and $1.5K for honda certification. I told them to remove some of the accessories. They used typical car salesmen pressure tactics and i agreed to pay $2K more than my walk away amount. but at least we had a solid number. When i am filling out the finance paperwork i notice it is $4K more than agreed. the finance officer said it was because they were "required" to charge for the 10 year extended warranty. after threatening to walk out they reduced it to $2.4K. then i started putting on my coat. finally the waived it. i was supposed to get a $12.5K cash check back for my trade in. they charged me $155 because title was still in Honda's name. no where in my entire paperwork does it say they will charge for that. but they took it anyway. they told me they would get me the best loan. they got me 5%... i am assuming because they get points. So i am refinancing, already approved for 2.75%. I am hoping if i refinance immediately, it will cancel their commission.

On Friday, June 18th 2021, I purchased a used 2018 Audi A3 from this dealership. The transaction went smoothly. There were a few items on the car that we agreed to do an 'I owe you' from the dealership. I took the car into an Audi dealership to fix these issues. The Audi dealership let me know that there was a recall for the passenger air bag for this vehicle. The recall does not have a repair for it at this time. This recall information was not disclosed to me during my buying process, in fact the auto report sent to me did not include any recall information. When I called the dealership voicing my concern they said there was nothing that they could do for me, and that I will have to take this up with Audi. I asked that they provide me a refund on the vehicle (two days after the sale) since this information was undisclosed and I was no longer able to use this car for ride sharing which was my intention. They refused and said the best thing they were able to do was offer me a buy back for $5,000 less than I bought it for two days prior.

I saw a used car on Edmund's and texted the dealership to arrange a test drive. They asked when would I like to come to see the car. I said I would be there in an hour and they confirmed Alex said to ask for a manager when I arrive. I drove an hour to get there only to be told upon arrival that the car was not there. They said it had been sent out for service. The sales people were unhelpful and the manager was useless. Very poor experience and very unprofessional handling of the situation. I would never go back to this dealership but they had the gall to text me the next day to ask when I would like to come see the car with no mention of the previous day. It is apparent that they have extremely poor communication skills between themselves and with customers.

Dago was along for the test drive and didn't push the car, he just helped us test the car. Back at the dealership, Dago listened while ai explained that I had a Lexus hybrid lease due to end soon and was checking the market. I liked the camry hybrid and was surprised to see one available.
