I was looking for a used, in good condition, F-150 supercab to replace an older one. Wasn’t coming up with good options anywhere near me. Found one I was interested in, but it was 275 miles away, in another state. I figured it was just not feasible, but gave a call anyway. I got in touch with Lookout Ford in Morehead City in North Carolina. I was directed to the online sales specialist; she was fantastic! I was skeptical about the truck and asked many questions about its past, current condition of various parts of the truck, how it was inspected, and a lot more. She was quite familiar with this particular truck, being able to answer all my questions from her office rather than having to go to the truck and look. She assured me the truck was in great condition, and with all the questions, I believed her and proceeded with the purchase process. I rarely buy anything I can’t see or touch in person. I somehow felt confident to continue. She sent me to the, I’ll say, the office manager to process the purchase. Asking the same questions and getting the same answers was assuring, and some particular concerns I had were put to rest. The whole process went exceptionally well, and they delivered the truck to me via two great guys (two ‘cause they had to drive back home). Well, the truck was far better than I expected it to be. Everything Sylvia and Randy told me about the truck was spot on, in great condition. They were very personable and great to work with, taking care of all the details.

Purchased a Certified Pre-owned 2018 Mazda6 last week. Pretty much everything was taken care of via phone and e-mails since I do not live near the dealership. I worked with Scott Bonack and Don Reese and felt that both were straightforward in answering my questions and addressing concerns. They arranged for an Uber to get me from the airport to the dealer and had paperwork ready upon my arrival. My only issue with the transaction is that I was told the CPO warranty included 12 months/12,000 miles comprehensive coverage IN ADDITION to the remaining factory warranty, plus 7 yrs/100,000 miles powertrain coverage. It was explained differently at the dealership, where I was told by the finance rep that the CPO comprehensive warranty included EITHER the remaining factory warranty OR the CPO warranty of 12 months/12,000 miles, whichever was longer. To me, that made a big difference as I negotiated the purchase price factoring in the value of that warranty coverage. It was explained that this discrepancy was the result of poor communication within the dealership and the either/or scenario was a recent change by Mazda that was known to the finance rep but not the sales guys on the front line. Of course, the finance rep then tried to sell me additional warranty coverage. I trust that the sales department (Scott and Don) were honestly in the dark about the warranty changes and had no intention of being misleading. However, if the dealer wanted to demonstrate good integrity and character, they should have taken responsibility for that mistake and offered me some sort of additional discount or compensation based on the fact that we reached an agreement based on information that was, in fact, not part of the deal. On that, they declined. Bait and switch? I am going to say no. Misunderstanding within the dealership? Probably. But that is on them. The customer should not have to pay the price for that. So far, the vehicle is great and under the right circumstances, I would buy from this dealer again. Just make sure you are ready to verify accuracy of information. Above Average - 3.5 stars

This was the best car buying experience I've had. I was shopping for a new 2020 Honda Civic Touring in a specific color red. I looked online for the dealerships that had the car I wanted and this was one of them. However, I lived 2.5 hours away from this dealership so I called to get some info. I started working with Tanisha and she was AMAZING! I went in to 3 Honda dealerships and called around to 4 others and Tanisha at Honda of Concord was the only one willing to work with me over the phone. She was even willing to text me when I couldn't talk because I was at work. I truly appreciated her efforts is working with me remotely. Every other dealership wanted me to drive 2 hours just to get estimations on the numbers. Tanisha was able to get me to the price I wanted with a few extras! Once we settled on a price, I was able to drive the 2.5 hours and have the deal ready to go. Unfortunately, Tanisha was under the weather so once I got there I finished the deal with Chris Lee. He was also really great. The numbers were exactly what I agreed upon with no shadiness. He was very nice and honest. My largest appreciation was that he treated me with respect. Being a young woman, many other salespeople at other dealerships did not treat me with respect and listen to what I wanted. Chris knew when I was coming and had everything ready for me when I got there. He had my car parked right out front and took me to see it before filling out the paperwork. I then finished up the deal with the manager Joy Spencer. She was also very nice and helpful. She explained everything I was signing so I understood it and answered all my questions.
