If I could leave a negative star I would. This is for the Minnetonka Subaru. Spoke to a salesperson, Janette, this morning about a car. We set up an appointment and she sent me a video. 45 minutes before the appointment she tells me that there was another person interested in the car after me and to call her back. Within two minutes I called to reiterate that I was on my way and interested in the car. I spoke to the Manager, Brandon, who said he would let her know. I get there, early, and apparently the person who was coming after me just decided to buy the car. I drove over 100 miles to keep an appointment for the vehicle they sold to the people who were supposed to be there after me! I will look elsewhere and I’ll be sure to tell anyone who will listen about this sham they call a dealership.

I had been researching cars for a few months before deciding test drive them. I was deciding between 3-4 different makes and models. Tansky Toyota was the second dealership I had visited in search of my new car. Immediately walking into the building I was greeted and could already tell that I was going to have a great car shopping experience here. I test drove the RAV 4 and loved it. Before leaving for the test drive, the car salesman had went over every feature in the car. I was appreciative since my older car doesn’t have many of the features this new car has. They didn’t have A RAV 4 with features that I wanted in stock due to COVID. Bryan Barrett, one of the sales managers had said that there was one in freight that would hopefully be arriving soon with the features that I was looking for. I loved the car, but wanted to make sure that I wouldn’t have buyers remorse, so I needed to drive the other model that I was considering. I wasn’t pressured into purchasing the car like most dealerships do. I took his business card and test drove the other car the next day. That night, I contacted Bryan and told him I wanted to purchase the RAV 4 that was coming in. He mentioned that the car should get in on Friday, it was Thursday when I reached out. He said he could have the car detailed and ready to go the next day. I was ecstatic. I worked with Bryan to sign and fill out the paperwork on Friday. Bryan made it a very smooth and easy process.
