good vehicle

2016 Toyota Highlander Limited 4dr SUV (3.5L 6cyl 6A)
Really like the vehicle but driver's seat could use more padding. It starts getting hard sitting after few hours of driving. Third row seat only useable by children under 7 years old. There is NO leg room!
I've had this vehicle 3 years and still glad I bought it. No problems with mechanics of car.
Metal edge on one door has popped off but otherwise the vehicle is still in great … shape after 4 1/2 years. I would buy a Toyota Highlander again.
It is now 6 years since I purchased my Highlander and I still really like the vehicle. I would definitely buy another one.
Entune & JBL System Bad, Car is Otherwise Great

2016 Toyota Highlander Limited 4dr SUV (3.5L 6cyl 6A)
We owned a 2013 Highlander with the JBL sound system and it was amazing. This 2016 system is horrible. No bass whatsoever. The Entune system is now crashing intermittently. Not what I expect from Toyota. Otherwise, the Highlander is awesome.
Very good SUV

2016 Toyota Highlander Limited 4dr SUV (3.5L 6cyl 6A)
Really good car. Only thing off is the touch screen infotainment center needs to closer to right hand so you don't have to lean foward to reach. Other than that it's almost perfect. Great residual values. Super comfy to ride in compared to my 2014 4Runner.
HEAR ME NOW...NOW...HOW ABOUT NOW?

2016 Toyota Highlander Limited 4dr SUV (3.5L 6cyl 6A)
The Voice Recognition is very poor. Tried to teach the system my voice many times. I have had other cars that learn my speech without any problem. NOT THIS CAR.... TOYOTA NEEDS TO FIX THIS!!! Also... nice to have a small storage compartment at the bottom left side of the steering wheel. But, remember to close it before exiting the car... or you will feel it....
October 2017 … update: I am still frustrated by the ability of the Highlander to understand my voice commands. I was wondering if I need to speak Japanese. Toyota should send everyone an update CD for this PROBLEM. Like I said before.... all the other cars I have used before work better.
The 3rd Row seat is too small for practical use. People who need this seat should look for a vehicle with more space. The transmission is a little finicky. Drive calmly ... it's fine. Try to down shift for passing .... not so good. I hope the new 8 speed transmission is better at this....
