Owners Say

Overall customer sentiment about the 2026 Lexus UX is mixed. Owners love how the car drives, its fuel efficiency, comfortable ride, and luxurious feel. However, some are frustrated with the car's battery life, limited space, confusing controls, and the need to use the touchscreen for climate settings. The backseat is not spacious, and some tech features can be glitchy, but many owners are still happy with their purchase given its stylish design and suitability for city driving.

The Step Up From Toyota I Needed
5 out of 5 stars

2024 Lexus UX 250h 4dr SUV (2.0L 4cyl gas/electric hybrid CVT)
I had been driving economy cars for awhile and knew I wanted something nice to get as my first vehicle. Not needing all the extra features of fully loaded Toyota trims nor needing a bigger car, but still wanting the reliability - the UX was perfect. The materials, build quality, and efficiency are top notch. Didn’t want to sacrifice at the pump while wanting a nice car, and will go EV … with the world in a decade or two. The size is NO WHERE NEAR the issue that people make it out to be. If you’re used to sedans and city driving, this is the perfect size. I am 6’3 and fit better in this vehicle than most others of the same size and even a lot that are larger. Easily have 5 adults in the car for any ride that doesn’t need luggage. Fits 4 adults with carry ons for weekend trips, or 2 adults with extended trip luggage. My base trim still came loaded with almost everything that makes the Premium Trim: Parking Assist, Power Lift Gate with kick sensor, moonroof, etc. I’ve never needed more power as the electric motor still give the acceleration needed to do any kind of real world passing. It is quicker and nicer than any economy box and for people stepping up into a luxury brand who are looking for reliability - there is no better option.
