I like everything about the car except that at freeway speeds there is a lot of wind noise. So much that you need to turn up the radio and speak louder. We only have 4000 miles on our car and have contacted Honda several times. Finally, they that that was just the way the car was made. Before you pay $35 thousand dollars for one of these 2017 models make sure you drive it at freeway speeds and can tolerate the noise.

After Trying

After trying all the other SUV's, I decided to wait a few months until the new CRV came out. I don't regret it! It's as perfect as a car could get. The gas is not what they say it's supposed to be, but I didn't expect that not to happen anyway. I love it!

Honda CR-V 2017 Plagued with TPMS issues

I would not advise purchasing the vehicle. It is so new that dealerships do not know how to repair issues with the car. I have taken my car for the same TPMS issue that has occurred 5 times and they are still unable to fix the issue. Now I am stuck waiting for a specialist to come out within 1-2 weeks with one day warning to get my car into the dealership. They have replaced all my tires and admit to not knowing what is going on. The dealership now says it is between me and corporate honda. corporate honda is unwilling to provide me a loaner car. Even though tpms is required by law.

Redesigned 2017 CR-V

This new design for the CR-V is totally exceptional, the body of the car is longer with more cargo space, but also more leg room inside. With the new added safety features for the CR-V, you feel extra safe knowing that the car is always thinking for you. So many things on the car make it a comfortable drive on a long road trip, really smooth, great power and easy to navigate the info system, still learning what is what. A lot of high tech stuff built into the console. Only had it for a month, and we are totally happy, looking forward to some road trips this summer. Update review 2/24/20: my purchase of my CR-V has been great, no regrets at all, have owned Honda cars since 1999 and never had any major problems, always did my recommend services - that's the key of keeping the car at its premium performance. They only thing I have a problem is finding the right seat covers for the CR-V, both front and rear seats, because of the side airbags for the front seats...anyone out there who can shoot me a email on we're to get some... Tks, Art - happy driving 😉

Torque Converter / Transmission

at 2000 miles we experienced slight vibration when shifting from 1st to 2nd gear. Dealer found the torque converter was not functioning correctly and replaced it. After researching this issue, I believe Honda has an issue with the Torque Converter / Transmission over heating to the point that the fluid is breaking down and causing other issue. (damage to: torque converter, needle bearing, solenoid) This has been in an issue in Honda models since 2005. I expressed concern to Honda of North America and I was stonewalled. I have concerns that the repair made by our dealer will not last. Torque Converters / Transmission issue should not be present for 200000 miles plus.
