First BMW I've owned

2011 BMW 1 Series 135i 2dr Convertible (3.0L 6cyl Turbo 6M)
Purchased with 70,000 miles on it from a small used auto lot as a 50th birthday gift for myself. Meant to use it as a second car for weekends and fun, but I keep driving it daily because it makes me smile just that much. I generally just drive it on nice days. With the run flat summer tires, it does not go in the snow. It is a a Black 135 convertible with sports package, red leather … interior and a manual transmission. When I bought it, it had (3) oil leaks common with the N55 engine. I've fixed one at the oil filter that is a potential engine killer. The valve cover leak will wait till this winter, and the oil pan leak is going to wait further as the fix will require a lot of work that I don't have the tools to do myself. So far the leaks don't amount to a drop on the floor in the garage. So far i'm getting a 24mpg average. I would say it's driven by an adult, but not adult driven.
The best car that I have ever owned

2011 BMW 1 Series 135i 2dr Convertible (3.0L 6cyl Turbo 6M)
I bought this car 2 and 1/2 years ago, and I love driving it. This car handles like a dream and is very fast especially when you hit the sport button. My one and only complaint is the high cost of maintenance.
LOVE my new Bimmer!

2011 BMW 1 Series 135i 2dr Convertible (3.0L 6cyl Turbo 6M)
I picked up my car less than a week ago, and I can't stop smiling! I ordered the car in Crimson red, with light beige interior, high gloss black trim, and a black convertible top. This is my 4th BMW, and it is the most fun to drive of any car I've ever had.
Perfect 3 Season Car

2011 BMW 1 Series 135i 2dr Convertible (3.0L 6cyl Turbo 6M)
Great driving car. Best used as a 2 seater but having the rear seats is a huge plus when needed. Surprisingly roomy trunk, with plenty of room for a week away from home. Plenty of power in the 135i with sport mode engaged. Easy to drive and efficient in drive mode. Paddle shifters with the DCT are a huge plus too. The ride is a little rough with the M sport package but the vehicle … handles like it's on rails. Convertible top has efficient operation, you can raise and lower at a red light. Overall I am very happy with my 2011 135i and would recommend the vehicle to anyone looking for a sports car with a touch of luxury and practicality.
