Horrible horrible. My son purchase a vehicle on June 24, 2022. He was leaving from college and the entire ABS system went out, luckily he was smart to through the emergency brake on . He could of hurt himself or someone else on the road. We took the car to Infiniti and they sat aged the entire ABS system was modified (this was not disclosed to us). My son purchased an extended warranty as well which is null and void because of the modifications. The dealership says it’s $12,000 to fix. We just purchased this vehicle for 26k and shift says oh well. No help out all. My son is paying a car that is sitting there and no help. Please don’t go.

I am a proud and happy owner of a gorgeous Mythos black Audi Q3 with Okapi brown leather interior or "peanut butter guts" for those who know! Fausto Briseno was fun to work with, and a great dealmaker. I also worked with Bonnie and enjoyed our interactions and her attention to detail. From the moment I walked into the dealership, their customer service was warm and inviting. They were attentive, and didn't rush me...and I felt listened to. I was pretty straight about what I wanted, and that I wasn't ready to buy--and Bonnie offered to show me numbers. When I went back about two weeks later, Bonnie wasn't available so I worked with Fausto. We had clear communication, and although we went back and forth a bit -- he was professional and polite, and even fun! Ultimately, the process felt quick and painless. Additionally...when I was waiting for all the paperwork to be completed...I sat in their lounge area which has a great selection of tea and coffee and lots of chargers for all of our devices -- so it was a pleasant place to wait.
