Great Car
This really is a great car. Never spent a penny on it other than oil changes. Really fun to drive by yourself, but the engine is underpowered if you have a car full of people.
The Best of the Celicas
A great touring car with enough pep to get up the most challenging hills. A stick is recommended because it gives the car more get up and go, The handling is great and the trunk is spacious for a car of its size.
My 2nd love
A little dent, a little ding, but she's almost perfect. Wide body put on Feb. Of 1995 by TRD specialist in California. Just put a New top and I love it up or down. 5speed drives like a race car. If im ever sad, I jump behind the wheel and within minutes ill have the biggest smile on my face.
Great Car!
The car is just great so far. Drives like a dream, amazingly stable both at low and high speeds. Very reliable. The only problem I had so far - one of the spark wires came off and I was stupid enough to get it to Toyota dealership where those bastards robbed me for $150 and sold me the wires for $80 that were not even golden!!!! If I would not be that stupid, I could fix it myself within a minute. Other than that - the car is just so nice to drive, doesn't introduce any problems, pretty powerfull even at 120 hp - 'cause it's very light. Would advise everyone to have it. Looks like a dream.

We bought this car with 80,000 miles. That was in 2000. It is now 2008 and the the car has 164,000 . The only real expense we have put into this car is a new radiator ($130) , New tires, that's it. The top motor fizzed out because someone was hitting the switch while the top was latched, not a good idea. New convertible top motor was $600 per motor and I am currently experiencing a rear window motor problem that is very expensive to fix in the convertible series. Each rear motor is $400 via Toyota new.
