Great little Sports Car $30k new.
My daughter's car, but I get to maintain it and pay for repairs (we split costs) and drive it some. Not a really fast car, but holds the road really well and starts and runs really well. Mostly it is fun to drive and it gets about 35 mpg doing it.
WOW!
I'm a college student and bought the car 2 years ago. Good decision! I've had absolutely no problems with it even though I put 25k/year on it. All I did was teh recommended belts at 90K and had to do the front rotors at 120K. Looks great, drives great. I must say I wish it had more power. I live in Mass and it handles the winter weather just fine, no winter tires. There's so few of them out there everyone thinks it's new.
1995 Celica ST Liftback
The Celica is an extremely reliable car and looks and handles great, but as expected the power (esp. w/ the automatic) is poor. Gas mileage is okay but not great considering you have to work the engine hard to get the power you want. Overall it's still a great car and I have over 109,000 miles on it.
My 2nd love
A little dent, a little ding, but she's almost perfect. Wide body put on Feb. Of 1995 by TRD specialist in California. Just put a New top and I love it up or down. 5speed drives like a race car. If im ever sad, I jump behind the wheel and within minutes ill have the biggest smile on my face.
Great Car!
The car is just great so far. Drives like a dream, amazingly stable both at low and high speeds. Very reliable. The only problem I had so far - one of the spark wires came off and I was stupid enough to get it to Toyota dealership where those bastards robbed me for $150 and sold me the wires for $80 that were not even golden!!!! If I would not be that stupid, I could fix it myself within a minute. Other than that - the car is just so nice to drive, doesn't introduce any problems, pretty powerfull even at 120 hp - 'cause it's very light. Would advise everyone to have it. Looks like a dream.
