The BEST Honda I ever owned
I have had my Honda CR-V Exl with navigation for 8 years and never had to take it in for service except for the airbag recall. I had all the fluids changed (expensive - $475 plus tax) and replaced the battery, back brakes. Ilove the sound of the audio system. I’m glad it has a five disk CD player, unfortunately new ones don’t have them. The captains type seats aren’t available on new versions. I like the having individual arm rests like these that you don’t have to share because them have a lot of space between the passengers armrest and easily tilt out of the way when I want something in the glove box.

2010 Honda CRV Good value for the money
I own base model AWD 2010. Good reliable car. Currently 127,000 miles. Only real trouble I have had was at about 115,000 i had to replace the catalytic converter at a cost of $2000. I am happy with my local Honda dealship service department. 24

One Year Update
I have had my car for almost a year now. The CRV was a gift to myself after graduating college. I love everything about the car! I havn't had a problem since I drove it off that lot. I've driven to the mountains in Colorado during bad winter storms. The automatic 4-wheel drive made me a bit nervous (in my Jeep I would manual turn on the 4-wheel drive), but it delivered every time. I suggest taking into an icy parking lot and driving around to get used to the feel of the 4-wheel drive. Overall, I love my car and I probably will continue buying Honda's.
Lease end decision
The lease on my 2010 CRV- EXL is up in a few months. I most likely will be looking to replace this with something other than a Honda. For 3 years I have never really bonded with this vehicle. It is not much fun to drive. Acceleration is sluggish and handling is just OK. The ride is very noisy and it rides more like a truck than a car. I have been dissipointed with performance in the snopw. It just does not feel very sure footed and slips and slides. I have not had any serious problems with this vehicle, but the OEM tires wore out after only 15K miles. The dealer service department always comes across with an attitude. Good bye Honda
Love our Hondas!!
This review is for our 2010 Honda CR-V, but we also own a 2006 model. This car has been nearly perfect in every aspect. We buy our cars to drive and keep them for at least 7 years. I don't see any reason to get rid of this one any time soon as it still rides and drives like it did when we purchased it in 2012.
