My 2016 Ford Fusion was so under powered I have it a custom ram air intake a straight pipe and a tune to allow more air and fuel and makes over 220hp amd can do burnouts and pulls so much harder then a stock I would recommend doing this if you want more power and a snappier car

Overall I enjoy driving this car. I drive this about 70 miles per day with my commute and have driven on long trips also. It's a very good driving car. Visibility is good and acceleration is ample for merging and passing, etc. The AWD works perfect in snowy conditions along with proper snow tires. I always get compliments on the look of the exterior and interior. My biggest complaint is the functionality of the headlights. Even with the Titanium trim, halogen lights are standard and do not believe HID is an option. Headlights are not bright and do not project well, at all. I always have the fog lamps on to supplement the lack of light. After purchase I did replace the OEM lamps with Sylvania Silverstars to help. Test drive this car at night to be sure you can deal with this problem. At 40k I was told rear pads and rotors are needed. The transmission shifts hard and hesitates when the car is cold during very cold days. Seems to get better in the warmer months. Now that the miles are stacking up i definitely see the flaws in quality of the powertrain. Still, not a terrible car but you can find better quality and mileage in a Japanese sedan.

Very poor Gas mileage. I drive the speed limits and it has never attained the City or Highway MPG. I don't understand the advantage of "ECOBOOST" engine. Slow acceleration and MPG.
