Buyer Beware! My wife and I recently bought a used car from Pinnacle for our 16 year old son. The car is a 2014 Subaru Legacy with 140K miles on it. The test drive seemed to go okay, and other than the fact that the car had an open recall, it seemed to be a solid purchase. They informed us that they could not take care of the open recall at Pinnacle, and that we would need to visit a Subaru dealership for that. Although this was an inconvenience, we agreed to that. Within hours of us picking up the car, three different dashboard lights illuminated (the check engine light, the brake light and the cruise control light). We were clearly upset and immediately called Pinnacle and took the car back the next day to have their service people look at it. They assured us that everything was okay and once they "topped off" some fluids, the dashboard lights turned off. Although we were a little hesitant, we decided to keep the car. We then proceeded to call a local Subaru dealership to have the open recall completed. During the recall repair, the Subaru technician discovered that there was a leak in the brake line and the oil line. LET ME REPEAT: THE BRAKE LINE AND THE OIL LINE! The Subaru technician informed us that Pinnacle should have easily found these problems. He also informed us that it would cost $2400 to correctly repair the problems. Clearly these were the true reasons that the dash lights had come on, but Pinnacle decided to put a band-aid on it instead of repairing their mess.

I salesman was OK. My credits not the best but it’s doable. First came out with a paper with $3000 Worth of extras. Gap in Sherance floor mats some kind of aftercare. Didn’t want any of it. Crazy payment. So the phone as settlement comes out with a decent credit he said I got you a rate 6%. Payment was doable we were within $10 each other. I signed off on it wrote my initial he said I’ll be right back.10 minutes later they walk out and say sorry can’t do it. After the gentleman just told me he got me a 6% rate.So I was pushed out the door. When times are So good for this car dealer I won’t be back.

Purchased a 2015 Lincoln MKC with a 2.3 eco boost from this dealer. On the test drive everything ran great , unfortunately on the way home after buying the turbo failed, a rare failure for this engine, I called MJ my salesman who was shocked, he immediately told me to bing it back in and they would take care of it no problem. They replaced the turbo which is a big, difficult and expensive repair free of charge and told me to bring it back if I have anymore issues with the car in the near future. When I saw other reviews for this dealer I was skeptical but after they went above and beyond to do that kind of repair when they no longer even owned the car I would definitely trust these guys. They couldn’t have made any money on the sale with the cost of that repair but did the honorable thing and fixed it for free.

I called the dealer about a vehicle that I was interested in purchasing and the salesman led me to believe that the vehicle was in excellent condition inside and out. I was skeptical by the posting because it said the exact same thing. I told the guy I was going to have to drive 1 hour and 30 minutes just to get there and to please be honest about its condition. Well I was fooled I went there to look at the vehicle and the posting said it had remote start but when I got the key there was no fob to do the remote start, so I asked if there was a key fob that went with the vehicle and he said no but he could program one to unlock the car. I over looked the outside of the vehicle and there was rust all over the edge of the hood about 2 inches up, and they just painted over it.
