Used 2003 Toyota Corolla Consumer Reviews
Worst Car Ever
This has been the worst car I've ever owned. I've had to replace the rear hubs ($1200+), the catalytic converter ($200) and the air conditioner. The interior of the car has completely come apart and the hub caps have all fallen off. I've owned cars that were way older and never had problems like I have with my Corolla. DO NOT BUY ONE!!!
Worst car ever.
Worst car I have ever had. Stray clear of Toyota. Thing broke for six years and got bad gas mileage. I'll stick with Honda. Best day of my life was selling it.

CE with Cruise
I am not quite sure where people are coming with notion about the CE not having cruise. I have the CE and it came with Cruise standard, along with other features. I love the car so far and would recommend it to anyone that asks.
A Great Car
This is our 4th Corolla, and it shares the driveway with my '89 GT-S and my daughter's '88 DX, each with over 200K miles on their odometers. We traded in my wife's tired Camry for it, and she absolutely loves it. It's roomy, good- looking, easy on the pocketbook, and fun to drive.
Slight step backwards in quality
This is my second Corolla (first was a 1996 DX). In some respects, the 2003 LE lacks the quality of the 1996 model. The car is too high off the ground and seating position is too high as well. Turning corners aggresively feels insecure. Car tends to track gooves in the road. Some of the knobs and switches are cheap and flimsy (especially trunk and fuel filler cap release). Cheap looking, fake wood trim and chrome accents.
