Used 2015 Toyota Camry Sedan Consumer Reviews
Acceleration problems/bad sound system
This car has just been a big let down. Chose this car based on its history and reputation, thinking I would make a wise investment. With this being my 3rd year owning it, I honestly regret getting this vehicle. My biggest problem is the terrible acceleration it has. At first it was strong, quick response, and you could feel the power. Now it feels like it’s slipping. Everytime I get on the freeway and press the accelerator you just hear the engine roaring and Rpms rocketing up, but I’m not going any faster. It’s frustrating explaining it to the dealer and then they just tell me everything’s fine. Other let downs are the front seats as they feel super stiff and not much you can do. Also purchasing the more expensive model w the so called “premium stereo package” and for it to sound so dull and powerless had me feeling extremely frustrating.

Recall the good ole camrys
As ways, very hard to see out back windows so get nav. Road.noise is loud, wind noise from mirrors just like every toyota. Ridevis acceptable with this weight vehicle. Acceleration of 4 cylinders is not ad good as accord. Rear head room is good for adult.

It's nothing like your father's old Toyota Camry..
You either love it or hate it! Based on what I have seen on the reviews! To clarify, I have a 2015 Hybrid SE. In my personal opinion, this car was above my expectations: Reliability, Style, Ride, Performance, Comfort and Value. The CVT transmission is very smooth and powerful when paired with the electric motor (@200hp) pretty good acceleration even with 5 people in the car on ramp. SE comes with nice seats similar to Recaro with high hug sides and reasonable suspension, but I wished it was a bit tighter. I already got 50K miles, but still enjoy the drive everyday for the style, power and comfort. Zero problems so far, just like for many Camry owners. Could not compare to European car performance, but I still can have a lot of fun with a great value. So far (4/2020) my car has ~69k miles. I bought it pre-owned with 15k and it still drives smooth as before. No signs of engine wear, lost of power or anything like that. I just don't think the original tires last at all. I had to replace them at around 30k miles, even if I have a mix type of driving. The economy is averaging me about 33mpg to 37mpg city. Long distance drive can go 37+mpg. Still enjoy the ride, Even for a 5 year old car.

poor gas mileage
My Toyota Camry SE 2015 consistently gives me less that 28 miles/gal on freeways, which is well below their claim of 35 miles/gal. Same is the complaint from my neighbor who also bought the same model the same time I bought.
