I love my 4runner, love the feel and ride. I would definitely buy it again. I used to own a 97 ford explorer, but never had a new vehicle. would highly recommend this vehicle to anyone. so far my gas mileage is 17.4 and climbing since i picked it up the 2nd week of January 2010. It definitely gets up and goes, could very easily get a speeding ticket in this sub.

I love driving my new 2010 4Runner SR5. I have been very surprised by how great the gas mileage is for such a large truck. It drives smoothly, and I am looking forward to keeping it until it has 300,000 miles on it. I purchased the metallic gray, and I love how the darker paint makes the chrome features pop. I had to get use to the bubble lights, but I like them now. It feels like a safe, well built truck.

Toyota is the only make that I will ever buy. The SUV runs great, smooth, quiet and has so many niceties that it makes driving an enjoyable experience. The body of the 4Runner is bold and modern and the internal configuration is very user friendly.

Love it with one exception...

I like the vehicle on every level (body design, fuel efficiency, performance, etc..) with one exception. Every single time I am at a traffic light and the A/C is on, the vehicle shakes slightly. Even the very first time I took it out! I paid $41k for it and am disappointed and alarmed by this. However, I must comment that my husband absolutely loves our 4Runner.

SR5 vs Limited

As a small business owners we get a tax break if you purchase a vehicle over 6,000lbs. The 4Runner was at the top of the list at 6,300. The big question...SR5 or Limited (8-10K diff.). Our dealer received the Blizzard White SR5 first (4x4). The day it arrived we drove it and instantly loved it. It had so many standard features that we didn't consider the Limited after this (~$34K vs ~$42K). We purchased the vehicle the next day and have not regretted our decision in the least bit. It is a dream to drive, very comfortable, and fun. We added a remote starter and mud flaps as dealer accessories.
