My 2nd Toyota!
I traded in a 2003 Nissa Xterra Super Charge for a couple reasons: a. I wanted something with better gas mileage. b. I wanted a sunroof, with the same power as my super charge, plus I like the rear window being able to go down. c. The '06 4runner's car insurance is cheaper. d. A full tank in the Xterra lasted me 4-5 days, a full tank in the 4runner last 14 days. wow eh?
Awesome
You will not find a better SUV on the market. Everthing is excellent about the 4Runner. A smooth quiet ride. Good acceleration and for an SUV, the gas mileage is not that bad.

14 years old and drives like new
I love my 4 runner. I’ve replaced the water pump and a battery a few times. Routine maintenance....That’s it. 198,000 miles now and she’s my baby. Always felt very safe and carrying around my grandsons I for sure wanted something solid...My daughter recently bought the big Infiniti SUV and something went wrong with it. My grandson said I told you mom you should have bought a 4 runner...I call my truck the black pearl. My brother ( who is ornery and hard to please)was always asking why I didn’t get a new car. I recently took him to a Doctors appointment after breaking his leg from a motorcycle accident. He said, “dang, this car drives like new!” I told the old fart to stay off that organ donor and get his own bullet proof black pearl😊....I can tell he’s considering it. You just can’t go wrong with a 4 runner.

Outstanding Buy
I bought a 4runner and I could not have made a better decision. It is fun to drive, with a rugged truckish looks and okay fuel econ. Interior looks great and handling is outstanding. I looked at most mid size SUVs in the market and must say 4runner was way better than most in terms of combined value.. For those looking for a mid size SUV, if you're not overly concerned about fuel econ, then 4runner is the one for you..
4Runner - The Legacy Continues...
I've always loved the 4Runners from the 1st, 2nd and 3rd generations. Though, I've never owned one because I was always devoted to the Supras. Then, the 4th generation of the 4Runner came out in 2003, I knew it then, this is going to be my first SUV. Its rugged looks and more macho looking body compared to its previous generations got me. This year 2006, I started shopping for the right 4Runner style of my choice - the Sports Edition. Bought it in March 2006, drove it to California in July for his break in period, and my 4Runner performed flawlessly. Handling, comfort and the turn ratio are awesome. Toyota fulfills another expectation for me, a hundred thousands of miles of fun ahead.
